Coaching é um processo estruturado de apoio individualizado/grupal, conduzido por um consultor (Coach), à pessoa / cliente(s) (Coachee)/grupos, a fim de potencializar seus resultados positivos, minimizando pontos fracos e/ou removendo os obstáculos para o seu crescimento e desabrochar de seu potencial interior. O trabalho de Coaching visa à aplicação prática de conceitos, técnicas, metodologias e ferramentas, para ajudar o(s) Coachee(s) no incremento de sua performance pessoal, particularmente em momentos críticos ou de necessidade de mudança.
Nas organizações o trabalho é geralmente voltado para diretores, gestores e líderes em geral, podendo ser aplicado a qualquer indivíduo em geral, pois promove desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional, para aprimorar habilidades e atuar com diferentes estilos de liderança. Coaching is a structured process of both group and individual support conducted by a Coach and directed to a client or groups (Coachee) that aims at maximizing positive results while minimizing weaknesses
and/or removing obstacles that hinder growth, and making everyone’s inward potential blossom. The coaching process aims at a practical application of concepts, techniques, methodologies and tools in order to help Coachees increment their personal performance, particularly at critical moments or when there is a need for change.
The work at companies usually focuses on directors, managers and leaders in general, but could easily be adapted to any individual, since it promotes personal and professional development geared to improve abilities in order to allow working with different managing styles. It could last anywhere from 6 to 12 sessions, depending on the program’s goal. It is a process of development that demands an initial diagnosis aimed at identifying the main areas to be developed and mapping possible gaps that will guide the client’s Coaching Action Plan.
For the individual, the Coaching process can assist the professional while in activity at the organization, diagnosing, analyzing, planning and implementing improvement actions for one’s own career.

Source text - English DISPUTE RESOLUTION. Except for injunctive relief that the parties may pursue in court, the parties agree that any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the meaning, interpretation, or application of this Agreement, shall be resolved as follows: (i) for a period of thirty (30) days from the date that one party provides written notice to the other of a dispute, the parties agree to use their best efforts to negotiate a mutually agreeable resolution to the dispute; and (ii) if the parties are not able to resolve the dispute pursuant to the foregoing, then either party may submit
the dispute for binding arbitration; it being agreed that the arbitration shall be undertaken in New York City, New York (pursuant to the American Arbitration Association Rules) and conducted in the English language by a single arbitrator (to be chosen by both parties, failing which the court may designate the arbitrator). Each party understands that by agreeing to binding arbitration, they waive the right to submit the dispute for determination by a court and thereby also waive the right to a jury or court trial. The parties also agree that they shall bear their own costs, including attorney’s fees, in pursuing any dispute resolution pursuant to this Section 16 (unless otherwise awarded by an arbitrator), and that any resolution shall be in writing, executed by both parties,and shall contain mutual releases with respect to the claims giving rise to the dispute.
Translation - Portuguese SOLUÇÃO DE LITÍGIOS. Com exceção de medida cautelar que as partes possam solicitar perante o judiciário, as partes concordam que qualquer disputa ou reinvindicação derivadas ou relacionadas ao significado, interpretação ou aplicabilidade desse Acordo, deverão ser resolvidas da seguinte maneira: (i) por um período de 30 (trinta) dias da data em que uma parte notifique por escrito à outra de uma disputa, as partes concordam em se esforçarem para negociar um acordo mútuo para a disputa; e (ii) se as partes não forem capazes de resolver a disputa nos termos precedentes, então cada parte poderá submeter a disputa à arbitragem vinculativa; tendo sido acordado que a arbitragem deve ser empreendida na cidade de Nova Iorque, Nova Iorque (de acordo com as Regras da Associação de Arbitragem Americana) e conduzida no idioma ingles por um único mediador (a ser escolhido por ambas as partes, e não sendo possível, por um mediador designado judicialmente).
