Source text - Polish Proponujemy miesięczny ryczałt na obsługę prawną dotyczącą doradztwa prawnego w zakresie podstawowej działalności spółki. Wysokość ryczałtu jak i ilość godzin pracy pracowników XXX, które będzie on obejmowała, zostawiamy do Państwa decyzji.
Ryczałt rozliczać będziemy za okresy półroczne.
Na koniec każdego miesiąca kalendarzowego świadczenia usług XXX przedłoży Państwu do akceptacji pisemne zestawienie pracy pracowników XXX wykonanej w danym miesiącu.
Po upływie pół roku podsumujemy faktyczną liczbę przepracowanych godzin. Jeżeli kwota wynikająca z zsumowania rzeczywistego czasu pracy pracowników XXX w danym półroczu okaże się wyższa, niż łączny półroczny ryczałt, nadwyżka zostanie rozliczona z ostatnią fakturą za dane pół roku. Rozliczenie godzin przepracowanych poza ryczałtem nastąpi według ujednoliconej stawki godzinowej w wysokości XXX PLN VAT. Godziny niewykorzystane w danym półroczu przechodzą na kolejne półrocze z takim zastrzeżeniem, iż na koniec roku kalendarzowego limit ten wygasa i na kolejny rok rozliczeniowy może przejść z niewykorzystanych godzin maksymalnie 10 % całego rocznego ryczałtu.
Biorąc pod uwagę fakt, iż w dniu składania niniejszej oferty nie możemy precyzyjnie określić Państwa zapotrzebowania na obsługę prawną, w poniższej tabeli pragniemy przybliżyć Państwu szczegółowy sposób wyliczania przez nas kwot ryczałtu w zależności od zapotrzebowania na konkretną miesięczną liczbę godzin pracy pracowników.
Translation - English We offer you the option of monthly lump sum for the cost of legal assistance, related to legal advice on the company’s core activities. The amount of the lump sum, as well as the number of employees’ working hours it shall cover, will be subject to your decision.
The lump sum will be settled in half-year periods.
At the end of every calendar month, XXX will submit for your approval a written summary of employees’ work performed during one month period.
After a half-year period we will summarize the actual number of working hours. If the amount resulting from adding up the actual working time of our employees during a half-year turns out to be higher than the total half-year lump sum, the surplus will be settled against the last invoice for the particular half-year period. The hours not covered by the lump-sum will be settled according to the hourly rate at the amount of PLN XXX VAT. The hours unused during a half-year period are transferred to the next half-year period. However, the limit expires at the end of a calendar year and the maximum 10% of unused hours from the entire annual lump-sum can be transferred to the following settlement year.
