Niniejsze opracowanie jest próbą prezentacji procesu tworzenia kapitału ludzkiego w systemie kształcenia ustawicznego. W pracy dokonano analizy wpływu kapitału ludzkiego na funkcjonowanie podmiotów gospodarczych.
Często mówi się o kapitale ludzkim jako o podstawowym czynniku sukcesu. Obecnie, kiedy wiedza przestaje być raz zdobytym zasobem a staje się procesem, szczególną rolę należy przypisać kształceniu ustawicznemu, rozumianemu jako integralna część aktywności zawodowej. Aby sprostać wyzwaniom, jakie niesie współczesna gospodarka nie wystarczy już wiedza zdobyta w szkole, lecz musi być ona ustawicznie uzupełniania i wzbogacana w trakcie pracy, w komunikacji z innymi uczestnikami procesu działania, w trakcie całego życia.
Translation - English Synopsis
The following case study is a trial presentation of the process of creating human capital in a persistent education system. This study includes an analysis of the impact of human capital on the function of economic entities.
Often we speak of human capital as a primary factor for success. Presently, when knowledge ceases to become a resource obtained once but becomes a process, a special role is attributed to persistent education, implied as an integral part of professional activity. To cope with the challenges of the present-day economy, school-based knowledge is now not enough. It must be continually supplemented and enhanced during the course of employment, by communication with other participators of the entire operation, during an entire lifetime.
