Desde el segundo semestre de 2008, el mercado de inmuebles industriales registra un paulatino incremento en la oferta, en sintonía con una etapa de transición, en la que se pasa de una alta demanda a un panorama recesivo, producto de la crisis económica internacional, sumada a la crisis local.
El mercado de naves logísticas, con una infraestructura todavía escasa, registró un incremento del 25% en el stock de naves Premium. Durante el 2008 se incorporaron unos 170,000m², pasando de 530,000m² a los 700,000m² actuales (considerando algunas construcciones que se encuentran en su etapa final) con una vacancia menor al 3 por ciento. Se han incorporado seis nuevos desarrollos, mientras que el resto se debe a ampliaciones de proyectos existentes. La zona norte del Gran Buenos Aires (GBA) continúa siendo la de mayor atracción para este tipo de desarrollos, concentrando el 54% del stock.
En cuanto a las naves industriales ubicadas en la ciudad de Buenos Aires, donde las zonas destinadas a uso industrial son muy limitadas, se observa que los depósitos más difíciles de localizar continúan siendo aquellos con superficie mayor a los 3.000m² cubiertos.

Since the second half of 2008, the industrial real state market has gone through a gradual increase in the supply in tune with a transition period, in which it passed from a high demand to a recessive perspective, derived from the international crisis added to the local crisis.
The logistics warehouse’s market, with little infrastructure, registered an increase of 25% in premium warehouses’ stock. During 2008, 170,000 sqm were introduced going from 530,000 sqm to the current 700,000 sqm (including some constructions in their final phrase) with a vacancy lower than 3 per cent. Six new developments have been introduced, whereas the remaining is assigned to the extension of already existing projects. The Northern area of Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) continues being the major attraction for this kind of developments, concentrating 54% of stock.
With regard to industrial warehouses located in Buenos Aires city, where areas aimed at industrial use are very restricted, it could be noted that the most difficult warehouses to find are still those with a surface beyond the 3,000 covered sqm.

Translation - English Scope
The principles and guidelines of the Code of Conduct shall be respected by all company employees, whichever hierarchy or specialty they might have.
As long as those principles are consistent with the nature and relation, they shall be implemented with contracting businesses, subcontractors, providers, consultants, grant holders and assistants, pursuant to the national laws in force.
Within the framework of an ongoing labor relation, all personnel shall act in accordance with the laws, external and internal regulations and this Code’s guidelines, being based on personal and non-delegable commitment with integrity, loyalty to the company and transparency in all labor acts.
Therefore and due to the implementation of these guidelines, before making a decision within the labor arena personnel shall pose the following questions to themselves looking for an answer before acting:
- Is this decision consistent with the internal laws and regulations?
- Is this decision in keeping with the letter and spirit of the Code of Conduct?
- Can this decision be judged as the most appropriate?
