Comprehensive maintenance means the performance of maintenance programs coordinated with the programs established for the wells to be affected, based on the best engineering techniques in the fields of plant mechanics, internal combustion mechanics, electricity, electronics, corrosion prevention, hydraulics, air-conditioning and refrigeration in order to maintain continuous and efficient operation for every unit and accessory, drilling equipment component, completion and workover of wells and jack-up rig.

Translation - English 1.1.1 Renewals and /or Additional Policies. If the effective term of the insurance policy originally filed by XXX referred to in Article 4.2 expires before the day following the date the provision of services in the site is completed, XXX shall submit any documentation evidencing the applicable renewal(s) in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy originally filed.
1.1.2 Term for the Filing of Renewal of Insurance. XXX shall furnish YYY with any renewals mentioned in Article 4.2.1 at least one day before the date the former policy expires
In the event that the term for the delivery of renewals mentioned in Article 4.2.1 expires on a non-business or non-working day for the offices of YYY where renewals are to be delivered, the expiration date of the delivery term shall fall on the immediately following business or working day.
