They subsequently grant ZZZ ZZZ with the broadest powers allowed in order to carry out the duties related to the present power of attorney contract, including the following powers: identify in detail the cadastral data and the location and boundaries of the properties to be purchased, identify shares of the portions of the properties that belong to the common areas of the condominium, establish in detail the shares of the loan to be taken over, receive receipts, establish the terms for the release of the statutory mortgage, establish deadlines and conditions for ownership of the properties, establish the most favourable guarantees to make good on the title, in whole and in part, make requests for town planning records or statements, issue statements according to the law dated 19 May 1975, n. 151 and all other laws in force at the time of the stipulation of the relative deed which may also include agreements, clauses, terms and conditions for use and legal terms and conditions.

I have nearly 20 years of experience as a freelance journalist, translator and interpreter with excellent research, writing, proofreading and editing skills.
I was born and raised in the United States and I am a native speaker of Standard Midwest American English. I have lived on and off in Italy for 18 years during which time I have gained near-native linguistic abilities in Italian. I also earned a degree in Italian Language and Literature along with my Journalism degree, both of which I received in 1990 from the University of Wisconsin.
I have an extensive portfolio of translation work and I am able offer quick turnaround times on translation projects without compromising quality. I make use of appropriate phrasing and terminology resulting in texts that are easy to comprehend and flow smoothly.
I am also qualified as an EFL (English as a Foreign Language) instructor, which has helped me to hone my linguistic skills and expand my knowledge of the intricacies and subtleties of the English language.
In addition to translation work, I am available as an ENG<>IT interpreter and language consultant for special projects such as drafting documents in English or assistance with negotiations involving English speaking clients.
