I have a Master's degree in German from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan as well as a Bachelor's Degree in German and a Translation Certificate from Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan.

I started my career as a project manager at a translation company. After that, I worked as a German translator at Volkswagen Group of America, first as a contract employee and then as a direct employee. Since 2009, I have been working as the Translation Team Lead at Volkswagen and managing a team of 6 in-house translators. The team translates from German to English and from English to Canadian French.
