I have an MSc awarded with Distinction in Translation Studies.
I have translated for the past 10 years while also teaching (but I gave up on that now just to dedicate myself to translation) and raising two daughters! I love languages and I am planning to start studying French and Portuguese when my daughters will be a bit older.
I am specialised in Literature, Theatre, Cinema, Visual Arts.
However I do translate different types of documents, contracts, marketing brochures, sports related texts.
I have also worked in theatre and in the arts field (as administrator of a mixed arts group).
My latest translated novel, "Gemelle Sconosciute" Incompatible Twins by Martina Munzittu) has just been pubblished and I'm currently translating a few more novels by the same author
I am Italian but I have been living in Glasgow for the past 10 years.
