STAR Software (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a member of the world-wide STAR Group (we deal in localization services and Translation Memory - you might know Transit / TermStar).

Since 1995 we have provided localization services (translation, DTP, printing) from English, German and French into Chinese. In Mainland China we have offices in Shanghai and Beijing.

We only work with selected translators, everything is being proof-read in-house by our employed translators. Transit is our standard tool which we have used with great success for translation of technical documentation e.g. in the fields of

- Automation
- Automotive (Repair Manuals, Service Information, Tester Software, User's Manuals)
- Computer Hard-/Software and Games
- Mechanical Engineering (Production Lines, Paint Shops, Casting)
- Printing technology
