Myocardial infarction (MI) is a term used for an event of heart attack which is due to formation of plaques in the interior walls of the arteries resulting in reduced blood flow to the heart and injuring heart muscles because of lack of oxygen supply.
The symptoms of MI include chest pain, which travels from left arm to neck, shortness of breath, sweating, nausea, vomiting, anxiety, fatigue, weakness, stress, depression, and other factors.
The treatment of MI includes, aspirin tablets, and to dissolve arterial blockage injection of thrombolytic or clot dissolving drugs such as tissue plasminogen activator, streptokinase or urokinase in blood within 3 h of the onset of a heart attack.

احتشاء عضلة القلب هو مصطلح يُطلق على النوبة القلبية التي تنجُم عن تراكم اللويحات على الجدران الداخلية للشرايين، فتحد من تدفق الدم إلى القلب وتُؤذي عضلاته بسبب نقص الأكسجين الواصل إليها.
أما عن أعراضه، فتشمل ألم في الصدر، حيث يمتد من الذراع اليسرى وصولًا إلى الرقبة، وقِصَر النفس، والتعرق، والغثيان، والقيء، والقلق، والإعياء، والضعف الشديد، والتوتر، والاكتئاب، وأعراض أخرى.
ويشتمل علاج احتشاء عضلة القلب على تناول أقراص الأسبرين، بالإضافة إلى بعض الأدوية المذيبة لجلطة الدم كمنشط البلازمينوجين النسيجي، أو ستربتوكيناز، أو يوروكيناز، التي تُذِيب ما يسد الشريان عن طريق حقنها في الدم خلال ثلاث ساعات من بدء النوبة القلبية.

GENERIC NAME(S): Rimegepant
Uses
This medication is used to treat migraine. Rimegepant may work by changing the amount of a certain natural substance in the brain. It helps to relieve headache, pain, and other migraine symptoms (such as nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light/sound). Prompt treatment helps you return to your normal routine and may decrease your need for other pain medications.
This medication is not used to prevent future migraines or lessen how often you get migraine attacks.
How to use
Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor, at the first sign of a migraine. This medication comes in a blister pack. When you are ready to take a dose, first make sure your hands are dry. Peel back the foil on the blister pack to carefully remove the tablet. Do not try to push the tablet through the foil because doing so can damage the tablet. Place the tablet either on or under your tongue and allow it to dissolve. After the tablet has melted, it can be swallowed with your saliva. You do not need to take this medication with water or other liquid. Take the tablet right after opening the blister pack. Do not store this medication outside the blister pack for future use.

كيفية الاستخدام:
