Italian native speaker with educational training in translating and interpreting.
The desire to bring together my two main interests, foreign languages and teaching, has led me to get a Bachelor's degree in Translation from the University of Trieste (SSLMIT) and a Master's degree in Italian Language and Culture for Foreigners (the Italian equivalent of TESOL) from the University of Bologna.
I consider myself open-minded, flexible and able to quickly adapt to new situations. While in university, I took part in the Erasmus Programme three times (Erasmus+ for Studies at the University of Hull, England; Erasmus+ for Studies at the Justus-Liebig-Universität Gießen, Germany; Erasmus Traineeship at the University of Constantine the Philosopher in Nitra, Slovakia).
I strongly believe in the power of translation to connect people and to focus on what unites rather than divides us.
People who have worked with me say that I am accurate, hard-working and devoted.
People who have lived with me say that I am generous, cheerful and empathic.
