Bio

I mostly work in the legal, financial, regulatory, business, corporate, and official document translation fields. I am also very used and eager to work on translations in other fields.

Translations need to be accurate and finely tuned to fit the purpose within the concerned business sector and subject matter, for the relevant target reader.

I am a Catalan and Spanish native. I obtained the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English in 1991 and have been using English personally, academically, and professionally ever since, so I have a very near-native command of it.

During my 20 years of professional experience as a counsel, lecturer, and translator, I have always drafted, proofread, and translated indistinctly in all three languages.

My daily translation output is between 2500 and 5000 words, so my average would be around 3750 words a day.
