I'm Shalala Mammadova - a native Russian freelance translator with advanced
English skills, a team leader of Slavic translators of TranslationGenius™ and I

I have lived for about 11 years of my whole lifetime in Russia
and then moved to my motherland Azerbaijan and continued studying in the
Russian language. After finishing high school, I entered the Azerbaijan
University of Languages and got my bachelor degree in Translation/Interpreting
(ENG<>RUS). To broaden my knowledge, I entered the Azerbaijan University
of Economics and now I am a first year MBA student which also enables me to do well
in business/finance related translations.



I manage to spend a considerable amount of my time doing translations
since I'm quite simply passionate about translating and I have
