LICENSE AGREEMENT FST S.R.L.
1. SCOPE OF THE LICENSE
1.1. With this agreement, FST S.R.L. (hereafter FST) is not selling the program but gives one person (hereinafter the user) a non-exclusive license to use the program FSTCUT (hereinafter the Software), which is supplied intact with user manual and hardware key.
1.2 The Software is considered to be used when it is loaded, used, stored or displayed by you (the user).
1.3. If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, you must return the Software immediately to FST or the retailer together with the hardware key and all materials and documents included with it in order to receive a full refund.

I am a freelance translator, editor, and writer. I do not offer certified translations simply because of the cost of obtaining and maintaining certification.
I provide faithful translations as opposed to word-for-word or free translations. I believe translation is a collaborative effort and leave comments throughout my work. For example, when I come to a word that I believe is a typo, I translate it and then leave a comment for either you or an editor.
Since I prefer to translate legal, technical, or scientific documents, I believe accuracy that is true to the original is a priority. If I am translating a court transcript and the person speaking is repetitive or inserts "thus" excessively, I will not simply skip over this.
I am currently booked with freelance projects for the next 1-2 months, so I am not responding to urgent job invitations at this time. I always give priority to employers with whom I have previously worked.
