Source text - English French see eating as an important part of their lifestyle. They enjoy food and therefor, spend a long time at the table. In contrast, American see eating as something to do quickly as the squeeze meals between other activities of the day, also American have lost the ability to sense when they are actually full. So they keep eating long after the French would have stopped. In additional, French by tradition tend to shop daily, walking to small shops and farms where they have a choice of fresh fruits, vegetables, and eggs as well as high quality meats for each meal. In contrast, American tend to drive their cars to huge supermarkets to buy canned and frozen food for the whole week.

Source text - Arabic Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, and Dr. Mahmoud Abbas, President of Palestine, had a meeting in Ramallah today. They discussed the relationship between Japan and Palestine as well as the Middle East Peace Process.
Prime Minister Abe explained the position of Japan in contributing towards the peace in the Middle East through political dialogues with the parties concerned, promoting confidence building between Israel and Palestine, and extending economic assistance to the Palestinians, which amounts to 1.5 billion US dollars in total since 1993.
Minister Abe also stated that Japan will provide additional assistance amounting to 100 million dollars, subject to the Diet approval, for Gaza reconstruction, economic and social development, finances, medical, health, and other areas, which complete the pledge of 200 million dollars assistance made in March 2014.
President Abbas expressed the need to end the occupation and reiterated his commitment to a two-state solution and emphasized that all settlement activities should be frozen. Both leaders recognized the need for early resumption of direct negotiations between Israel and Palestine.

وقد أوضح رئيس الوزراء آبي موقف اليابان في المساهمة في تحقيق السلام في الشرق الأوسط من خلال الحوارات السياسية مع الأطراف المعنية، وتعزيز بناء الثقة بين إسرائيل وفلسطين، وتقديم المساعدة الاقتصادية للفلسطينيين، والتي وصلت الى ما مجموعه 1.5 مليار دولار منذ عام 1993.
وقال رئيس الوزراء آبي أيضا أن اليابان ستقدم مساعدات إضافية تصل إلى 100 مليون دولار، شريطة موافقة البرلمان، وذلك لإعادة إعمار غزة، والتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، والمالية والطبية والصحية وغيرها من المجالات، والتي تكمل مجموع المساعدات التي تعهدت بها اليابان وتبلغ 200 مليون دولار في مارس اذار 2014.
وقد عبر الرئيس عباس عن ضرورة إنهاء الاحتلال، مؤكدا على التزامه بحل الدولتين وضرورة تجميد كل الأنشطة الاستيطانية. وأعرب الزعيمان عن ضرورة الاستئناف المبكر للمفاوضات المباشرة بين إسرائيل وفلسطين.

A booking has been made for your admission for an operation. Complete the hospital booking forms and send them to the Hospital Admission Office as soon as possible. Please contact the Hospital Admission Office the day before your admission to be advised of the exact time you are to attend.
Your specialist can advise you of the likely length of your stay. Bring your X-rays and usual medications to hospital.
If you are a day-only patient, you will need someone to take you home from hospital.
You should not drive a car, operate machinery and make important business decisions in the 24 hours after having an anaesthetic or a sedation.
On the day of your surgery, you have to fast from midnight. You must stop taking any aspirin or anti-inflammatory products 7 days before any surgery, to guard against bleeding tendencies.
Ensure that you have advised your specialist of all current medicine and over-the-counter medication.
Warning Signs for a Stroke
Each year about one person in 200 will have a transient ischaemic attack, known medically as TIA.
Transient means temporary, and ‘ischaemic’ means lacking oxygen. TIAs are due to a lack of oxygen to the brain, usually caused by restricted
blood supply, the result of narrowing of arteries.
A ‘TIA’ may last only for a few minutes, but it can persist for up to 24 hours. It is a warning that you are at the risk of a stroke.
A number of things may happen during an attack. There can be a sudden weakness of one side of the body, difficulty with speech, or the very frightening condition of temporary loss of sight in one eye.
This usually last only 15 minutes or less; if feels as if a curtain was being pulled down over the eye.

تعني كلمة ’عابرة’ مؤقتة أما كلمتا فاقة دموية فتعنيان نقص في الاوكسجين. وتنشأ نوبات TIA عن نقص في الاوكسجين الواصل الى الدماغ، ويكون ذلك عادة بسبب محدودية امدادات الدم الناجمة عن تضيّق الشرايين.
وقد تدوم النوبة لبضع دقائق فقط، لكنها قد تستمر لغاية 24 ساعة. وهي تحذير بأنك معرض لإمكانية اصابتك بسكتة دماغية.
يمكن أن تحدث عدة اشياء خلال نوبة من هذا النوع. فقد يطرأ ضعف مفاجئ في أحد جنبي الجسم، أو صعوبة في النطق، أو قد تحصل تلك الحالة المخيفة جدا المتمثلة في فقدان البصر مؤقتا في احدى العينين.
ويدوم ذلك عادة لمدة 15 دقيقة أو أقل، ويكون الشعور خلالها وكأن ستارة قد أُسدلت على العين.
