Ausencia de Helicobacter pylori con la técnica de Giemsa.
B) Los cortes histológicos muestran unión escamo-columnar, revestida por epitelio escamoso con acantosis leve y mucosa columnar con cambios epiteliales reactivos. En el corion subyacente se observan acúmulos de acinos glandulares mucosos, y leve infiltrado inflamatorio linfocitano que conforma aislado acúmulo subepitelial.
C) Los cortes histológicos muestran fragmento de mucosa colónica el cual exhibe la imagen de un adenoma tubular con displasia de bajo grado (categoría 3 de la Clasificación de Viena).

Source text - English Location (A): left knee superior. Written consent was obtained and risks were reviewed including but not limited to scarring, infection, bleeding, scabbing, incomplete removal, nerve damage and allergy to anesthesia. The area was prepped with Alcohol. Local anesthesia was obtained with approximately 0.5cc of 1% lidocaine with epinephrine. A 3mm punch biopsy (sent for H and E) was performed on the left knee superior. Epidermal closure was achieved with 4-0 Ethilon. Following the biopsy Polysporin ointment and a bandage were applied. Patient will be notified of biopsy results. However, patient instructed to call the office if not contacted within 2 weeks. Suture removal in 14 days. I reviewed with the patient in detail post-care instructions. Patient is to keep the biopsy site dry for 24 hours, and clean the site with saline and apply polysporin daily until healed.

Se obtuvo el consentimiento por escrito del paciente y se le informaron los riesgos, que incluyen, entre otros, cicatrices, infección, sangrado, costras, remoción incompleta, lesión nerviosa y alergia a la anestesia. El área se preparó con alcohol. Se consiguió anestesiar de forma local con aproximadamente 0.5 cc de lidocaína al 1 % con epinefrina. Se realizó una biopsia por punción de 3 mm (destinada a tinción hematoxilina-eosina) en la parte superior de la rodilla izquierda. Se logró el cierre cutáneo con una sutura de nylon Ethilon 4-0. Luego de la biopsia, se aplicó la pomada Polysporin y se colocó una venda. Se le informarán al paciente los resultados de la biopsia. Sin embargo, se le indicó al paciente que llamara al consultorio si nadie se comunica con él en un plazo de dos semanas. Se quitará la sutura dentro de 14 días. Revisé en detalle las instrucciones posteriores a la atención con el paciente. El paciente debe mantener la zona de la biopsia seca por 24 horas, y debe limpiarla con solución salina y aplicarle Polysporin todos los días hasta que sane.
