The Supplier undertakes to send BSL, at the first demand of BSL, the following items:
o Factsheet relating to each Product (the "Product Information") containing all the technical, normative and descriptive characteristics, accompanied by photographs and a certificate of conformity issued by an organization previously validated by BSL in order to allow BSL to clearly identify the Product and its mode of packaging.
o Technical documentation including (without limitation) the manuals of usage, the assembly instructions in French, as well as the exploded view plans and packing plans.
o Logistics and environmental information (Eco Packaging, eco-furniture)
o All the test certificates realized by laboratories certified and licensed by the European Union, allowing the Products to be fully compliant with French and European standards and to be commercialized in such markets.
