يشكل برج خليفة أطول مبنى في العالم عماد المشروع الذي يضم باقة من أشهر معالم المدينة بما في ذلك (دبي مول)أكبر وجهات التسوق والترفيه في العالم,و(دبي فاونتن)أطول النوافير الاستعراضية في العالم ,وتكتمل معالم الجذب السياحي لوسط المدينة مع (سوق البحار)وهو مركز تسوق عصري مصمم علي طراز الاسواق العربية القديمة والوجهة المميزة لتناول الطعام على الهواء الطلق.
وتشل (دار اوبرا دبي) اضافة جديدة ومتميزة في وسط المدينة فهي مجهزة لاستقبال الفي شخص لكافة المناسبات كما تضم منطقة دار الاوبرا العديد من الفنادق والشقق السكنية الفاخرة.
وينتشر علي جانبي (بوليفارد محمد بن راشد) عدد من ارقي المنافذ التجارية والمطاعم والمقاهي وهو يستضيف العديد من الفعاليات الاجتماعية المتميزة ,وبصفتها وجهة سياحية تحتضن وسط دبي مجموعة من الفنادق العالمية الفاخرة مثل(ارماني),(العنوان)و(فيدا).

KHALIFA tower the tallest buildings in the world consider as a heart of the project ,which join collection of the remarkable tourists attraction icons,such as )Dubi Mall)the biggest marketting and entertain centre in the world also (Dubi fountain)the tallest dancing fountain ,to full up this tourist picture there is (ALBAHAR MARKET) a modern centre which has tradition classic arabic design,with open air restuarants.
thus Dubi Opera consider as fantastic special addition in the city centre . which prepared to contain two thousands of audience for all occasions beside many luxurious hotels and apartments.
there is also (Mohamad bn rashed Boulevard) which surround by number of global brands shops,restuarants ,and cafes,also it host many special social occasions .Dubi center as a tourist direction there normally a lot of luxurious international hotels as (Armani),(Vida),and (the adress).

Source text - Arabic GLOBAL CODE OF ETHICS FOR TOURISM:
#1 the understanding and promotion of ethical values common to humanity ,with an attitude of tolerance and respect for the diversity of religous ,philosophical and moral beliefs .are both the foundation and consequence of responsible tourism ,stack holder in tourism development and tourists themselves should observe the social and culutural traditions and practices of all people.
#2 tourism activities should be conducted in harmony with with the attributes and traditions of the host region and countries and respect for their lows practices and customs.
#3 the host community on the other hand and local professionals on the other ,should acquaint themselves with and respect the tourists who visit them and findout about their lifes.
#4 it is the task of the public authorities to provide protection for tourists and visitors and their belongs.
#5when traveller,or tourists and visitors should not commit any criminal act or any act consider criminal by the laws of the country visited and abstain from any conduct felt to be offensive or injuious by the local population.
#6 tourists and visitors have the responsibilites to acquaint themselves ,even befor the depature.
Translation - English الدستور العالمى لاخلاقيات السياحة:
#1ارتبط مفهوم اخلاقيات السياحة لدى الناس بمفهوم التسامح واحترام التنوع الديني والمعتقدات الفلسفية والاخلاقية ,أهمية المسئولية السياحية واساسها يرتكز على التنمية السياحية وايضا السياح انفسهم حيث يجب عليهم مراعاة التقاليد الثقافية والاجتماعية والممارسات الخاصة بهم.
#2 النشاطات السياحية ينبغي ان تنسجم مع خصائص البلد المضيفة وتقاليدها وأن تحترم قوانينها وممارساتها واعرافها.
#3 من جهة اخرى ينبغي على المجتمعات التي تمارس فيها السياحة والمسئولين منها أن يحترموا السياح يطلعوهم على طبيعة الحياة هناك.
#4 ينبغي على السلطات المحلية توفير الحماية للسياح والزوار وحماية اغراضهم.
#5 ينبغي على السياح او الزوار او المسافرين عدم ارتكاب اي فعل مخالف للقانون او يعتبر جريمة وفقا لقوانين الدولة المضيفة ,والابتعاد عن اي سلوكيات يعتبرها السكان المحليين مؤذية او عدوانية.
#6 تقع على السائح مسئولية تثقيف نفسه جيدا حول البلد الذي سيزوره قيل القيام برحلته.
