Native people and nationality are defined as group of people those lived in a state before colonialism occurred. They are successor who follow their unique culture and had their living style related with nature and other parties. Indigenous people tried to preserve their social, culture, economics and politics. They are different from major people those possessed their life. We estimated that there are 300 million Indigenous people in 70 countries around the world. For ours, should be in this definition, the broadly meaning is hill tribe who are group of people or the race that lived in a state before establishing a country. They have identities and their living style related with other parties and nature. But there are four countries those rejected Universal Declaration on Human Rights (UDHR) of indigenous people which are USA (the forever and a day country that never sign any crucial contracts about Human Rights) New Zealand, Australia and Canada. All of the four countries, they seized the land from indigenous people. The story of UDHR described about crucial human rights of indigenous people that is the right of Self-determination. This crucial right could make indigenous people’ identities existed. They can manage their natural resources and select their own political path, economics, social and culture. This UDHR emphasized about another following point that is, indigenous people need to be conferred with or joined and consented before doing any activities those affected to their living, social, properties, resources or land. It also determined that the people would receive compensation if there are any violation of their rights. The important thing is, this UDHR guaranteed that they would did everything to against genocide.

I was born in Thailand. Since I was a child, I have been interesting in English. Also, I studied in Catholic school where they used extensive English study. I have been doing well for my English subject and I love this subject.
I am using English everyday whether they are about listening, speaking, reading or writing. I do not hesitate to speak with foreigners because I love English and I want to use it or communicate it properly. More than that, I have continued to improve my English skills in every aspect. I have been watching movies, news, TV variety programs, music and sport broadcast. Then, I try to listen and speak by using accents as close as to them. I tested TOEIC and scored it 805.
As a result, for my 8-years career life, I have worked with foreigners in MNC and I have no problem at all to use English for meeting, presentation, documentation and writing. I am known as the one who is professional in English for my colleagues and my supervisors.
