Translation - English ART. 1) This lease shall last a period of 6 years (six), thereafter expiring on 2/01/2012, upon maturity of the aforesaid period, the lease shall be renewed for 6 years, unless sooner terminated by either party by the service of at least 12 months written notice delivered by Certified Mail Returned Receipt, in conformity with the obligations under Articles 28 and 29 of Law no. 392/78.
