TADAWULME
AMENDMENT TO INVESTMENT AGREEMENT
This Amendment to Investment Agreement (the "Amendment") is made on 15.03.2016 in the United Arab Emirates, for all of my invested account/s.
By and between:
(1) Tadawul ME Managed Accounts Program (hereinafter referred to as "Tadawul")
And
(2) EDGAR SULIVA BACASON Tadawul and the Client shall hereinafter be referred to as Parties jointly and Party severally.
Whereas,
(A) The Parties expressly agreed in the said Investment Agreement that Tadawul shall have full and absolute discretion to amend the terms of the Agreement at any given time in the best interest of the Parties and investments made by the Client.
(B) This Amendment shall form an integral part of the original Investment Agreement and shall be read along with it.
In consideration of the mutual undertakings and for other consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which the Parties acknowledge, the Parties agree as follows.
1. AMENDMENTS:
With effect from March 2016 of this Amendment, the below headings contained in the Investment Agreement are amended in its entirety as follows:

1.1. "Clause 1 - Product Modification
In the light of the recent events Tadawul has decided to upscale its initial investment to $25,000 in order to establish a new product announcement that will provide clients the capacity to achieve higher returns through the new trading strategies keeping in mind the safety and security of the initial investment.
The immediate implementation of this product will be through adding the accumulated profits to form a new initial investment of $25,000.
A/W/ EXENTIAL
TADAWULME
All accounts withstanding since the beginning of March 2016 will be upgraded to the new product specifications.
I/We agree to authorize Tadawul to use the available profit/s in my trading account or any other adjustments advised to fulfil the requirements to upscale my investment to $25,000, the deficit adjusted amount will be deducted from trades, until the recovery of the adjusted amount. The client agrees that Tadawul Me managed programs serves the right to reject any initiated withdrawals by the client, until the deficit amount has been recovered.
In witness whereof, the parties hereto have agreed to this agreement.

تعديل إتفاقية استثمار
تحرر هذا التعديل لإتفاقية استثمار (المشار إليه أدناه ب "التعديل”) في 15/3/2016 في الإمارات العربية المتحدة بشأن جميع حساب/حسابات الاستثمار الخاصة بي.
بين كل من:
1- إكستنيال ميديست للوساطة التجارية ش.ذ.م.م / تداول مي ماندجيت أكاونتس بروجرام (المشار إليها أدناه ب "تداول").
2- إدغار سوليفا باكاسون
يشار إلى تداول والعميل فيما بعد مجتمعين ب "الأطراف" ومنفصلين ب "طرف".
الحيثيات:
أ- اتفق الأطراف بوضوح في إتفاقية الاستثمار السابقة على أن لتداول التقدير الكامل والتام على تعديل بنود الإتفاقية في أي وقت لأفضل مصلحة للأطراف والاستثمارات المبرمة من خلال العميل.
ب يشكل هذا التعديل جزء لا يتجزأ من إتفاقية الاستثمار الأصلية وتقرأ بجانبها.
باعتبار التعهدات المتبادلة والاعتبارات الأخرى واستلام وكفاية الأطراف لإقراراتهم، من ثم اتفق الأطراف على التالي:
1- التعديلات:
يبدأ سريان هذا التعديل من مارس، 2016، تحتوي العناوين أدناه في إتفاقية الاستثمار التي تم تعديلها بالكامل كالتالي:
باعتبار التعهدات المتبادلة والاعتبارات الأخرى واستلام وكفاية الأطراف لإقراراتهم، من ثم اتفق الأطراف على التالي:
1-1- فقرة (1) – تغيير المنتج
في ضوء الأحداث الأخيرة؛ قررت تداول زيادة استثمارها المبدئي إلى 25,000 $ (دولار أمريكي) لكي تؤسس إعلان منتج جديد والذي يقدم للعملاء القدرة على تحقيق عائدات أعلى من خلال استراتيجيات تجارية جديدة تضمن السلامة والآمان الخاص بالاستثمار المبدئي.
يتم التنفيذ الفوري لهذا المنتج من خلال إضافة الأرباح المتراكمة لتشكل استثمار مبدئي جديد وقدره: 25,000 $ (دولار أمريكي)
يتم تحديث جميع الحسابات المواجهة منذ بداية مارس، 2016 بخصوص مواصفات المنتج الجديد.
أنا/نحن أوافق/نوافق على تفويض تداول لاستخدام الربح/الأرباح المتاح/المتاحة في حسابي التجاري أو أي تسويات أخرى ينصح بها لاستيفاء المتطلبات الخاصة بزيادة الاستثمار الخاص بي إلى 25,000 $ (دولار أمريكي)، يخصم نقص القيمة المسواة من الصفقات حتى تحصيل القيمة المسواة ويوافق العميل على أن تخدم برامج ماندجيت مي تداول حق رفض أي عمليات سحب مبدئية من خلال العميل حتى يتم تحصيل النقص في الأموال.
وإشهادًا لما تقدم اتفق الأطراف بموجب هذا التعديل على هذه الإتفاقية.
