Any non-performance gives the aggrieved party a right to damages either exclusively or in conjunction with any other remedies except where the non-performance is excused under force majeure as provided for in Article 17 of this contract.
Where this contract is not avoided, damages for a breach of this contract by one party shall consist of a sum equal to the loss, including loss of profit, suffered by the other party.
Such damages shall not exceed the loss which the Party in breach ought to have foreseen at the time of the conclusion of this contract, in the light of the facts and matters which then were known or ought to have been known to it, as a possible consequence of the breach of this contract.

Todo incumplimiento concede a la parte perjudicada el derecho a exigir indemnización por daños y perjuicios, ya sea de modo exclusivo o conjuntamente con otras acciones de las que pudiera disponer, salvo cuando el incumplimiento se encuentre contenido en alguno de los supuestos de fuerza mayor conforme a la Cláusula 17 del presente contrato.
Cuando el presente contrato no sea declarado resuelto, la indemnización por daños y perjuicios de una de las partes comprenderá el valor de la perdida sufrida y del lucro cesante por la otra parte.
Esa indemnización no podrá exceder de la pérdida que la parte que haya incurrido en incumplimiento hubiera previsto o debiera haber previsto en el momento de la celebración del contrato, tomando en consideración los hechos de que tuvo o debió haber tenido conocimiento en ese momento, como consecuencia posible del incumplimiento del contrato.

I am a Spanish national and have lived and worked in England since 2012.
As a Law Graduate, I am an expert in legal and commercial documents. Moreover, I have completed specialised courses in legal and financial translation which have familiarised me with English Law and equipped me with more tools to deal with legal documents (contracts, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, family and company law, commercial law, company accounts, foreign exchange, etc.)
I offer translation services from English into Spanish, and am available at any time. If an assignment is urgent I can work at weekends, during holiday periods or at conferences.
My fees are competitive but vary depending on the technical difficulty of a particular text.
I have good IT skills and have completed the British ECDL course which proves competence in the use of Word, Access, Excel and Outlook. I have also completed the SDL Trados Studio course, approved by Madrid University (UEM).
The last 3 years I have been in daily contact with English language, as I have been providing Spanish private tuition also, what has provided me a firm grasp of the English and Spanish languages. I am currently translating for ONGs and private clients.
