Nach Ausstellung der Rechnungen sind diese innerhalb von 30 Tagen ohne Abzug und – soweit gesetzlich geschuldet – zuzüglich der gültigen Mehrwertsteuer zu begleichen.
Alle zusätzlichen Leistungen die über den in Anlage 1 und Anlage 2 aufgeführten Umfang hinaus geleistet werden, werden gesondert in Rechnung gestellt.
In dem Pauschalpreis sind die erforderlichen Arbeits- und Reisezeiten des Auftragnehmers berücksichtigt.
Die Flugkosten (Economy) und sonstige Reisekosten der Mitarbeiter des Auftragnehmers sind im Angebotsbetrag enthalten.
Reisekosten für Mitarbeiter des Auftraggebers, Kosten für Flugreisen sowie Kosten für
Hotelübernachtungen in Deutschland, die während der Workshops/ Schulungen/ Besuchen in Deutschland für Mitarbeiter des Auftraggebers anfallen, sind vom Auftraggeber zu tragen.
Höhere Gewalt
Falls sich Umstände ergeben, die eine der Parteien zum Teil oder vollständig an der Erfüllung ihrer jeweiligen Verpflichtungen aus diesem Vertrag hindern, wie zum Beispiel Streiks, Aufstände, Krieg, Unfälle oder Staatspolitik wie Export- oder Importverbot, Naturereignisse oder sonstige Umstände höherer Gewalt, haften die Parteien nicht für eine verzögerte Erfüllung oder Nichterfüllung der Verpflichtungen, die auf einen der oben aufgeführten Gründe zurückzuführen ist.
Die Laufzeit für die Ausführung der Verpflichtungen wird in diesem Fall um den Zeitraum verlängert, der demjenigen entspricht, in dem diese Umstände bestehen bleiben.
Diejenige Partei, die die Verpflichtungen aus dem Vertrag nicht erfüllt, muss der anderen Partei Beginn und Beendigung der obigen Umstände mitteilen. Dies muss innerhalb von zehn (10) Werktagen geschehen, da anderenfalls das Recht verwirkt wird, sich auf höhere Gewalt zu berufen.
Anlage 4
Für die Anfertigung und Lieferung einer Visualisierung werden Hardwarekomponenten und Lizenzen benötigt, die nachfolgend aufgelistet sind.
Ein Wartenarbeitsplatz besteht unter anderem aus folgenden Komponenten:

Ergonomisches Bedienpult
Mouse und Tastatur
Ergonomischer Stuhl
Entsprechende Datenanbindung
Kommunikationsanbindung an die entsprechende Serverstruktur
Erforderlichen Lizenzen zur Bedienung der Visualisierung am Arbeitsplatz
Möglichkeit zur Anbindung an die Energieversorgung

The invoice shall be paid within 30 days of issue, without deductions, plus VAT at the current rate - if legally applicable.
All other services which are accomplished in addition to those mentioned in Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 will be invoiced separately.
The all-inclusive price includes work as well as travelling times of the contractor.
Flight costs (Economy class), other travelling expenses of employees of the Contractor are included in the offered price.
Travel costs for the Customer’s employees, costs for air travel as well as costs incurred during the workshops / training sessions / visits in Germany by the Customer’s employees shall be paid by the Customer.
Force Majeure
Should any circumstances arise preventing any of the Parties to fulfill their respective obligations under this contract partially or in full, namely strikes, revolts, war, accidents or governmental politics such as prohibition of export or import, acts of nature or other force majeure circumstances the Parties shall not be liable for any delay or non-fulfillment of the obligations due to one of the above stipulated reasons.
The term of execution of the liabilities in this case is to be delayed for the period equal to that during which such circumstances will remain in force.
The Party failing to perform the obligations under the Contract is to notify the other Party of the beginning and cessation of the above circumstances. This has to be undertaken within ten (10) business days, as otherwise the right to recur to force majeure is forfeited.

Empfänger eines Fahrrads müssen eine Empfangsbestätigung unterscheiben.
Diese ist eine Absicherung, sowohl für die Fahrradwerkstatt als auch für den Empfänger. Somit kann der neue Besitzer oder die neue Besitzerin nachweisen, dass ihm/ ihr das Fahrrad geschenkt wurde.
Der Empfänger übernimmt das Fahrrad eigenverantwortlich. Eine Haftung der Talentwerkstatt für selbst oder mit Unterstützung durchgeführte Reparaturen oder nicht erkennbare Schäden ist ausgeschlossen.
Für Diebstahl oder Beschädigung übernimmt die Talentwerkstatt keine Haftung.
Wir empfehlen einen Fahrradkurs zu besuchen, um die deutschen Verkehrsregeln kennenzulernen.
Das Tragen eines Fahrradhelmes wir empfohlen. Kinder dürfen nicht ohne Helm am Straßenverkehr teilnehmen
Kinderräder, die nicht mehr gebraucht werden, nehmen wir gerne zurück, damit sich andere Kinder daran erfreuen können.
