I was born in Genova (Genoa), Italy.
Graduated (Modern History) at the State University of Genova (Genoa), Italy.
Two years of post-grad school (Philosophy) at the same University.

Independent translation company in Genoa, Italy, from 1988 to 1997 (ENGLISH to and from ITALIAN).

I moved to the U.S.A. in 1997.
Most relevant info since then:
In 2003-2004 I translated "Dermatology and Art" for Johnson & Johnson (ITALY), a promotional book for MDs.
I translated from scholarly sources (French, Italian, Classical Greek, German) to English for the collection of essays "Reflections" (published in 2014).

I happily own a copy of the S. BATTAGLIA, "Grande Dizionario della Lingua Italiana" in 21 volumes, (183,594 lemmas), the first and only complete historical dictionary of the Italian language. It includes the history of each single word. NOT available online !
