Unlike traditional fairytales, the real world has princes that turn into frogs when kissed. There are also frogs that go unnoticed and then turn out to be real treasures. In “Sara’s Fairytale”, 24 young contenders battle to win their ‘Princess’, a beautiful girl who has them all smitten.
Like a real fairytale, “Sara’s Fairytale” portrays the search for love of a girl who personifies perfection but that still hasn’t found her prince charming. This is her moment. 24 contenders will battle it out to become the man of her dreams. Contenders have the most varied of profiles, and the only requisite is the desire to woo Sara and do all they can to win her heart.
The lookers, the nice guys, the unique and the nerds
The contestants, despite fighting their battle individually, will be divided into four groups depending on their individual profile. The LOOKERS, the NICE GUYS, the UNIQUE and … the NERDS. At first glance many of them don’t look like the princess’s type. Will they have more in common with her than she thinks?
Hosted by a “good witch” who appears when you least expect her, “Sara’s Fairytale” also tests the nature of love through a duel between inner and outer beauty, true feelings and feigned ones.
The powerful characters: besides the princess, the contenders had a very good profile for television and become really beloved by viewers at home.
One key of its success was the elements of humor scattered all over the show. Love and humor as great mixture.
One of the objectives of the program was showing a duel between inner and outer beauty that tested the nature of love. There´s always a question in the air: will she choose a handsome guy or will fall in love with another kind of beauty?

В отличие от сказок, в реальности некоторые принцы от поцелуев сами превращаются в лягушек. Бывают также и лягушки, никем не замеченные, но между тем просто бесценные. «Сказка для Сары» – это шоу, в котором 24 молодых претендента сражаются, пытаясь завоевать благосклонность красавицы-Принцессы. Конечно же, все от нее без ума.
Как в самой настоящей сказке, героиня «Сказки для Сары» ищет любовь. Она – само совершенство, но еще не нашла своего принца. Её час настал. 24 соперника сразятся за право стать мужчиной ее мечты. Претенденты – очень разные люди, но их объединяет одно-единственное требование – желание ухаживать за Сарой и сделать все возможное и невозможное, чтобы завоевать ее сердце.
Красавчики, милые парни, неповторимые и ботаны
Хотя каждый сражается сам за себя, все соперники подразделяются на четыре группы, в зависимости от личных качеств каждого. КРАСАВЧИКИ, МИЛЫЕ ПАРНИ, НЕПОВТОРИМЫЕ и... БОТАНЫ. На первый взгляд, многие из них вряд ли придутся принцессе по вкусу. Но, может быть, у них с принцессой больше общего, чем та думает?
Фея-ведущая появляется, когда ее совсем не ждешь, а само шоу «Сказка для Сары» выявляет сущность любви. Что перевесит: красота внешняя или внутренняя, чему поверят – искренним чувствам или притворству?
Яркие персонажи: не только принцесса, но и соперники прекрасно смотрятся на экране и становятся настоящими любимцами телезрителей.
Один из рецептов успеха – шутки, которыми наполнено шоу. Юмор и любовь – просто идеальная пара.
Одна из целей программы – показать борьбу между красотой внешней и внутренней, ведь именно так проверяется сущность любви. Мы все время задаемся вопросом: кого же она в итоге выберет –симпатичного парня или какую-то иную красоту, которая придется ей по сердцу?

3.1. Основними цілями Товариства є отримання прибутку від надання фінансових послуг, визначених в даній Статті.
3.2. Предметом діяльності Товариства, створеного згідно з тім Статутом, є:
3.2.1. факторинг;
3.2.2. надання фінансових кредитів, за рахунок власних коштів;
3.2.3. залучення фінансових активів від юридичних осіб з зобов'язанням щодо наступного їх повернення;
3.2.4. надання поручительств, гарантій;
3.2.5. надання позик;
3.2.6. надання послуг фінансового лізингу;
3.2.7. переказ коштів;
3.2.8. діяльність з обміну валют;
3.2.9. обслуговування платіжних документів, платіжних карток, дорожніх чеків, кліринг, інші форми забезпечення розрахунків.
3.3. Види діяльності, що за законодавством України потребують спеціального дозволу (ліцензії), здійснюються (надаються) тільки після отримання такого дозволу (ліцензії).
3.4. Товариство мас право:
- вступати в договірні відносини з юридичними особами або громадянами як в Україні, так і за кордоном, згідно законодавства та мети своєї діяльності;
- створювати дочірні підприємства;
- набувати за рахунок власних коштів рухоме та нерухоме майно, майнові права, в т.ч. на інтелектуальну власність, для забезпечення своєї діяльності;
- користуватися послугами банків та інших небанківських фінансових установ, отримувати кредити та позики, набувати цінні папери;
- вступати в зовнішньоекономічні зв'язки у встановленому законодавством порядку;
- вступати в об'єднання і асоціації, концерни, консорціуми, брати участь в інших товариствах та спільних підприємствах;
- відкривати філії, представництва в Україні та за кордоном, створювати відокремлені підрозділи (відділення), що діють на підставі положень, які затверджені вищим органом Товариства;
- інші права, що передбаченні законодавством України.
