If you are in need of an English to Japanese or Japanese to English translator, I am right here at your service!
I do not only use Japanese and English in my life, but I live them. I am a native Japanese speaker currently living in Tokyo, Japan, and am married to a Canadian-Taiwanese, using English as our main means of communication.
I have lived in Canada, UK, New Zealand, and have visited many other countries.
While I have been trained in linguistics and education , I also have experience working in finance (investor relations) . This means I can handle Japanese business language perhaps better than those who have spent their entire carrier as a translator. Japanese business language is, after all, notoriously complicated even among the native speakers!
I also teach English to Japanese high school students, which means I have detailed and explicit knowledge into grammar differences between the two languages. Many native speakers have intrinsic knowledge of grammar ("This is correct because it sounds right" "this is wrong because we never say it") but lacks the explicit knowledge that I have perfected while preparing students for university entrance exams and English proficiency tests eg TOEIC.
