This is to show my interest to be considered as a vendor or freelance. I am a pharmacist with a master in Pharmaceutical Science with Management Studies from Kingston University, London, England. I have worked for the pharmaceutical industry in different roles such as regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and translations.

At Pfizer Limited UK I had the big opportunity to be a Translation Oversight Manager. In this role, I evaluated the quality of the translations and/or proofreading of the translated documents in Spanish for the Summary Product of Characteristics, package leaflet (European labels), and materials for submission for Spanish Latam. In addition, it was required to check if these documents were in compliance with the guidelines established by the European Medicines Agency the QRD- convention, formatting-related in all European languages. I assessed the vendor performance in regards to quality, delivery time, and solving and/or improving issues arisen during the pilot stage.

Currently, I am working for Bayer, Nolver, Corporate Translations, and Alchemy translations. Examples of these files are e-learning, preclinical studies, clinical studies, analysis methods, non-clinical studies, PSUR, and among others from English into Spanish Latam. In addition to this, the checking is done to accurately assure the appropriate punctuation, orthography, grammar, style by following the guidelines of RAE, and Diccionario Panhispánico de dudas. I work with Trados Studio 2015.
