2.1. Лицензиат вправе использовать Объект интеллектуальной собственности следующими способами:
1. Тиражировать и распространять неограниченное количество копий продукта с получением от данной деятельности всех видов доходов в размере 100% реализованной маржи.
2. Распространять электронные, физические копии продукта в их неизменных форматах, на электронных, оптических, магнитных носителях, путем скачивания, доставкой ДВД/ФЛЕШЬ носителей, любым непротиворечащем законодательством страны использования способом.
3. Менять формат носителей по собственному усмотрению. Подвергать трансформации носители при сохранении целостности продукта.
4. Передавать продукт в качестве подарка и бонуса другому продукту третьим лицам, в случае если общие количество бонусов не превышает 2, при том что цена основного продукта не может быть снижена более чем 10% от оплаченной по контракту (стоимость исчисляется и является равной сумме оплаты за продукт на день совершения сделки по данному продукту).
5. Выкладывать продукт в закрытых зонах, с платным доступом, в случае если ежемесячный платеж составляет не менее 0,03% от стоимости, оплаченной по контракту (стоимость исчисляется и является равной сумме оплаты за продукт на день совершения сделки по данному продукту).
6. Включать продукт в состав сборников материалов со встроенными правами перепродаж, но не ниже стоимости рассчитываемой по формуле: Стоимость продукта составляет на менее 3% от суммы, в совокупности от стоимости продуктов в сборнике.
7. Добавлять дополнительные бонусы к продукту из прочих каталогов, без право внесения изменения в основные (системные) файлы продукта.
8. Право использования всех элементов продукта для создания рекламных блоков, включая графические, видео, аудио, 3Д модели и образы, используемые в продукте, а также уникальный контент.
9. Право изменения дизайна продукта и формирование продающих сайтов.
Лицензиат не в праве:
1. Вносить изменения в продукт, кроме дополнительных бонусов.
2. Предоставлять продукт в бесплатное пользование.
3. Присваивать авторство или изменять название продукта.
4. Устанавливать цену на продукт ниже 30% от стоимости, оплаченной по контракту (стоимость исчисляется и является равной сумме оплаты за продукт на день совершения сделки по данному продукту).
5. Делать скидку на продукт более чем 50% от стоимости, оплаченной по контракту (стоимость исчисляется и является равной сумме оплаты за продукт на день совершения сделки по данному продукту), при ограниченных по времени акциях в качестве прямого предложения (upsell/cross-sell/backend).
Все данные права должны неизменно соблюдаться если продукт не продан на условиях исключительного права использования продукта, без ограничений (private label / trading private label).
При предоставлении продукта на условиях (PL/TPL) Лицензиат получает право любой трансформации и изменения продукта на свое усмотрения, равно как последующее распространение под собственной торговой маркой, без каких-либо ограничений.
Против каждого продукта маркируется индекс прав на использование в соответствии с данным договором и Директивой 2004/48/ЕС Европейского Парламента и Совета от 29 апреля 2004 года о правах на использование информационных продуктов.
2.2. Использование Лицензиатом Объекта интеллектуальной собственности допускается на следующей территории действия конечного заказчика.
2.3. Лицензиар обязуется предоставить Лицензиату всю соответствующую документацию, необходимую для использования Объекта интеллектуальной собственности: в соответствии с контрактом № 12 от 05/09/2015 на предоставление продукта.

2.1. The Licensee has the right to use the intellectual property asset in the following manner:
1. To replicate and distribute the unlimited number of product copies with the acquisition of any kind of income from this type of activity in the amount of 100% of the consummated margin.
2. To distribute electronic and hard versions of the product in their unchanged formats on electronic, optical, magnetic media, by downloading, delivery of DVD/FLASH media by any means that are in compliance with the law of the country of use.

4. To transfer the product as a present and a bonus to another product to third parties if the total amount of bonuses doesn’t exceed 2, provided that the cost of the main product cannot be lower than 10% of the paid one according to the contract (the cost is calculated and is equal to the sum of payment for the product on the day of the settlement of the transaction on this product).
5. To put the product on closed areas with a prepaid access if the monthly payment is not less than 0,03% of the cost paid according to the contract (the cost is calculated and is equal to the sum of payment for the product on the day of the settlement of the transaction on this product).
6. To include the product as a part of an information package with incorporated resale rights but not lower than the cost calculated according to the formula: The product cost is not less than 3% of the sum of the cost of all the products in the package.
7. The right of use of all the elements of the product for creation of advertising blocks including graphic, video, audio, 3D samples and images used in the product, as well as the unique content.
8. The right to change the design of the product and the creation of selling sites.
The Licensee doesn’t have right:
1. To change the product, apart from adding extra bonuses.
2. To provide the product for free-of-charge use.
3. To arrogate to itself the authorship or change the product name.
4. To set the product price lower than 30% of the cost paid upon the contract (the cost is calculated and is equal to the sum of payment for the product on the day of the settlement of the transaction on this product).
5. To make a discount on the product more than 50% of the cost paid upon the contract (the cost is calculated and is equal to the sum of payment for the product on the day of the settlement of the transaction on this product), during the time-limited promotional events as a direct offer (upsell/cross-sell/backend).
All these rights must be unfailingly respected if the product is not sold under the terms and conditions of the unique right of product use, without limitations (private label / trading private label).
If the product is provided under the terms and conditions (PL/TPL), the Licensee has the right to any transformation and change of the product at its own discretion, as well as the posterior distribution upon its own trade mark, without any limitations.
Every product is marked with the index of right of use according to this contract and Directive 2004/48/ЕС of the European Parliament and Council dd. 29 April 2004 on rights of use of information products.
2.2. The use by the Licensee of the intellectual property asset is admitted on the following territory of the end customer.
2.3. The Licenser shall provide the Licensee with all the appropriate documentation which is necessary for use of the intellectual property asset according to contract № 12 dd. 05/09/2015 on provision of the product.

Alors, est-ce que tu l'aimes? Il n'y a pas autant d'instruments de musique ici que j'aimerais avoir. C'est que je ne peux pas en placer plus ici en ayant toujours de la place pour dormir. Le Manoir est une place magnifique et si propice à la créativité! J'aime ça! (Le Compositeur s'installe brusquement à son piano et commence à improviser sauvagement. Sa musique est divine, mais rien pourrait être meilleur après Willie Pumpkin.

Mon dieu, tu sais sûrement ce que tu veux devenir, n'est-ce pas? Voudrais-tu devenir élève d'un grand compositeur? Haha, je rigole! Hans est toute l'aide dont j'ai besoin et il est un expert en musique. Je ne pourrais pas lui demander de partir.
Ça y est! Maintenant mon saxophone fait de la musique que j'ai composée de nouveau! C'est horrible quand tes instruments se cassent mais le problème est résolu! Je ne sais pas comment te remercier. Maintenent je peux travailler en paix. Tu sais, aujourd'hui j'ai bien l'intention de composer le morceau de musique le plus génial au monde.

Le Pont Voûté inachevé est entouré de forêts impénétrables sur tous les deux côtés. Achète les régions voisines pour commencer le travail.
Tes architectes ont dessiné un nouveau projet! Ils ont choisi un site, dressé un plan et tout ce qu'ils veulent c'est ton agrément pour commencer. Ne prends pas trop de temps pour prendre la décision!
Tu vas avoir à travailler ferme pour construre cette route. Finis la construction du Pont Autoroutier à temps et tu vas recevoir un prix spécial: un coffre-fort magnifique plein d'objets précieux!
Aide les ouvriers avec la construction. Assure-toi que tu as fixé un délai réaliste pour le projet et contrôle tout ce qui se passe. Finis tous les étapes du Pont Autoroutier et ouvre ta voie aux nouvelles territoires!
C'est décidé. Le Pont Autoroutier va être construit dans la zone des forêts loin de la ville. Commence à travailler pour acquérir des haches et de l'énergie. Nous aurons besoin de nettoyer le territoire et de préparer le site.
Ce projet ne peut pas attendre mais avec cette vitesse nous ne finirons pas à temps! Utilise des bonus, utilise des améliorations, fais ce que tu peux mais le projet doit être terminé à temps! Oh, et on m'a dit qu'on a besoin de plus de briques sur le site.
Ce projet s'est avéré plus compliqué que nous avions pensé. Nous devrons embaucher des Ingénieurs. Et une autre dépense est apparue: ça fait un an que ton équipe efficace a commencé à travailler ensemble, et on a proposé de frapper des pièces commémoratives en cuivre pour marquer le coup.
Chacun est prêt à continuer, donc il est temps de se remettre au boulot. Embauche des Architectes et fournis-toi de poutres en acier.
Nous avons fait une réorganisation et maintenant nous avons des équipes séparées qui travaillent parallèlement pour l'efficacité maximum. Quelques couvrements du Pont Autoroutier doivent être en céramique et bien sûr nous avons besoin de plus d'énergie.
