A new and enthusiastic young translator but long term disciple of the German language. Born in Bremerhaven to a German mother I was blessed and fortunate enough to be exposed to both the German and English languages. In addition to regular trips to Germany for family visits, I have had the opportunity to live, work and study in Germany. I have been exposed to the German language as it is understood and spoken by German natives as well as a refined and definitive mastery of a broad range of subjects including literature, film, music, aerospace, general electronics.
Experience and comprehension of these subjects is a result of attending the nationally recognized and respected Savannah Arts Academy where I studied
- Film, including basic principals of cinematography, color theory, lighting etc.
- Music, the study of theory as well as composition and performance.
- Theatre and literature, extensively studied and developed an appreciation for the humanities.
As well as military service in the Unites States Air Force as an Avionics Technician for the F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft which introduced me to
- General electronic principals, including schematic readings, understanding of capacitance, resistance, etc.
- Rudimentary electrical engineering principals.
- The ability to comprehend technical manuals and instructions.
I am a current college student attending the Antelope Valley College pursuing a degree in German/ English translations/ International Business |
