I am Cristina Tohănean, representing The Department - Translation Agency.

My 6 years’ experience in the corporate environment has been the basis for the entrepreneur years to come. 11 years and counting.
Being able to see the big picture, realizing that the employees are the most important asset that a company has and getting your business organized as a miniature corporation, with great care for your customers, have been the best lessons I have learned during my years as a People Manager in the corporate environment.
The Department is my dearest project of all, as I work alongside the best and dedicated team that one could ever wish for. Within The Department we have managed to put together, in a perfect balance: involvement, customer care, team work, love for what we do and quality services for all of our clients. The results: happy team and happy clients.
