Translation - English Under our experimental conditions, the product GK 11 HCl administered intravenously in a single dose of 1 mg/kg in the control animals causes hypertension and tachycardia, which appear immediately after injection and last approximately 30 minutes. The maximum effect is of 65 mm Hg on the mean arterial pressure and 110 bpm on the heart rate. The hypertension induced by the product GK 11 HCl is completely inhibited in animals pretreated by intraarterial infusion with guanethidine (20 mg/kg/hour) or pentolinium 10 mg/kg/hour). The tachycardia induced by the product GK 11 HCl is completely inhibited in animals pretreated with guanethidine and partially reduced in animals pretreated with pentolinium.
