ARTICLE.6 PUT OPTION
ABC grants to INVESTOR a put option that is exercisable for a period of one(1) year from the third anniversary of the closing date under the Contract to sell the Shares owned by INVESTOR. 1.1.3.3 Issue Price
Notes may be issued at an issue price which is at par or at a discount to, or premium over par. The issue price may be more than the market value of each Note as of the date of the investment. The issue price may include commission payable to the Issuer and/or a distributor or distributors. Issuers of Notεs are tap issues, where Notes are available for subscription during substantially the whole or part of the term of the Notes at the discretion of the Issuer. The issue price for the Notes issued in tap issues is determined in the Subscription Document at the start of their term and thereafter is fixed by the Issuer continuously according to market conditions prevailing from time to time.
