Мне всегда казалось смешным это слово –устрицы. Когда произносишь его, губы вначале вытягиваются в трубочку – тянешь это протяжное У-У-У-У-У-У-У-У, а потом, как обрыв -стри…… и вдруг куцее, короткое ЦЫ. А Вы заглядывали им в глаза? Смотрели, чем они дышат, эти дети моря? Их скользкая сущность с запахом то ли морской воды, то ли……боюсь даже сказать, ЧТО еще мне напоминает этот запах. Но он настолько явственен в своей безыскусной природе, что не могу устоять перед соблазном.
Устрицы пахнут женщиной. Чистой вымытой женщиной, которая хочет мужчину. Она еще не истекает соком, она пока только ждет. Но уже готова. Предвкушает. Открывает свои створочки и показывает свое нежно-розовое естество…. Завлекает легким ароматом, который сводит с ума мужчин, и вновь и вновь заставляет совершать подвиги. Она развернута и беззащитна. Устрица ли…. Женщина ли…
Мои устрицы выглядели, как маленькие уши. Они были из разных краев. Они плыли ко мне долгие недели и теперь сияли на блюде со льдом, а рядом лимонная долька и пряный, пахнущий чесноком, соус… Наслаждение. Упоение этой гастрономической-эротической игрой. Брызжет сок лимона, потом сверху немного соуса, отправляешь ее в рот и вдогонку-глоток белого вина…
Послевкусие - важная составляющая всего процесса любовной игры с устрицей. Она не любит спешки. Она откроется в своем вкусе только тому, кто неспешен. Oysters smell like a woman, a freshly showered woman, who wants a man. She is not wet yet-- she is just waiting. Anticipating. Opening its shell, she reveals cameo pink flesh…. Her light fragrance is irresistible. It drives men crazy filling them with uncontrollable desire. She is naked and defenceless. Is this an oyster or a woman…..
My oysters looked like little ears. They were from all over the world. They had been sailing to me for many weeks, and now at last they glittered on my plate on a bed of ice, with a slice of lemon and the spicy smell of garlic sauce …
