a) Stock final valorizado s/punto 6
menos
b) Stock final valorizado s/punto 6
menos
Saludos

I would like to make clear some points as regards the differences in the inventory:
1-Initial existence is expressed at current value (replacement cost whenever possible, otherwise historical cost) according to the not yet certified balance 2013.
2- 2014 purchases are expressed at historical costs
3- There have been sales during the accounting period that have been wrongly accounted for every month but were nevertheless reported just to provide the required information for the monthly balance . In some cases, we requested the stock registration of certain goods sold which did not have a valuated stock registered in the books.
4- Adjustments were carried out in the inventory through audit (31/03/2014),without the necessary information for validation.
5- The purchase of goods (not from KMB) was recorded in the books without sales invoice (pro forma).
6- Stock collected from the inventory carried out on 16 and 17/12, has been valued allocating in the first place the cost of the last purchase registered, then the weighted average price of purchase and finally the updated price. It was later added to the system Atila in order to obtain the valuated stock post-inventory
Considering all of this, we wonder: will the company consider a difference of inventory?:
a) final stock valued according to item 6 above exposed
minus
goods of exchange balance at 16/12/2014 reported in the books
This criteria will reflect the cost of goods sold according to the following equation:
Beginning inventory at current values 2014 + historical purchases 2014 – End of inventory according to stock valued at 16/12 = COGS
Different results would be considered COGS, that do not obey this concept, such as depreciation of goods and/or differences of inventories, both related to what´s unsold.
We estimate that in any case such determination will be a difficult one without the necessary elements and enough timing.
b) Final stock valued according to item 6
minus
Goods of Exchange balance at 16/12/2014 recorded in the books, obtained after the annulment of the account assignments described in items 3,4 and 5.
This criteria will reflect COGS according to the following equation:
Beginning of inventory at current values 2014 + Purchases validated through audits +/- Adjustments by Estudio Guzmán – End of inventory according to stock valued at 16/12 = COGS
COGS would be obtained in a way that would best reflect the one incurred by KMA, always considering the above exposed item1
We look forward to your considerations to offer our point of view regarding the differences of inventory
