Bio

My goal as a translator has always been to be the bridge between different cultures and languages by translating the ideas behind the words.

I am a native Spanish speaker from Colombia and having spent time in different countries throughout Latin America, I understand the nuances of idioms used by Spanish speakers from different countries of origin.

Postgraduate in English Translation. Certified Audio Describer for cultural, entertainment, art, and educational areas. Certified PRO Network (Proz) Translator from English to Spanish. ACTTI member. 

I am an experienced translator (+3 years), dedicated, and passionate about languages. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to translate general and highly specific material in the fields of engineering, agriculture, education, marketing, environmental reports, among others. I love taking on new challenges and possibilities to broaden my professional horizon, no job is too big for me!

I will provide you with a human translation that is accurate and thorough.  My CAT tools are Wordfast Anywhere, Omega T, Smart Cat, Mate Cat, Agency Platforms, MemoQ 8.4 and Trados Studio.
