Bio

Pashto- Urdu- English

Pashto is my mother tongue, Urdu is my national language and English is my official language. I am fully competent, fluent and native in listening, reading, speaking and understanding these languages. My passion in learning languages , it's translation, interpretation and Education dates back to my years in graduate school, and continued till date. I wrote my PhD dissertation in English language in the year 2010. During my PhD I worked as visiting researcher with, Professor John L Esposito at George Town University, Washington DC, USA in 2006. It boosted my English and flourished my abilities to the international levels.

For the last twenty years, I am engaged in teaching activities, which gave me the confidence and experience to talk, speak and listen in different registers. In 2012, I joined the University of Manchester for my second PhD in Education. Since 2012 to date, I completed hundreds of interpreting assignments in Pashto, Urdu and English languages.

Thus, based on my teaching and interpreting experience, I am fully confident that I can serve in medical, insurance, police and court (face-to-face and telephone) interpreting.

Thank you for reading about me, Wish you all the best
