Source text - English Pakistan was an 'abnormal state'. Geographically separated by Indian part of the region is composed of Pakistan. Hence, the need for nation-building in Pakistan's interests and common understanding between the two regions will be introduced on the basis of a democratic federal system. But West Pakistan used to East Bengal like as colony based regime of low cultural integration, economic exploitation and political supremacy policies. As a result, the gap between East and West Pakistan and Pakistan broke-up emergence of independent Bangladesh.

পাকিস্তান ছিল একটি ‘অস্বাভাবিক রাষ্ট্র’। ভারতীয় ভূখণ্ড দ্বারা ভৌগোলিকভাবে বিচ্ছিন্ন দুটি অঞ্চল নিয়ে পাকিস্তান গঠিত হয়। ভারতের উত্তর-পশ্চিমাঞ্চলে অবস্থিত পশ্চিম পাঞ্জাব, সিন্ধু, উত্তর-পশ্চিম সীমান্ত প্রদেশ ও বেলুচিস্তান-- এই চারটি প্রদেশ নিয়েগঠিত অঞ্চলটি পশ্চিম পাকিস্তান নামে পরিচিত ছিল। তার প্রায় এক হাজার মাইল দূরে অবস্থিত পূর্ব-বাংলা ছিল অপর একটি প্রদেশ।দুই অঞ্চলের দুই জনগোষ্ঠীর মধ্যে একমাত্র বন্ধন ছিল ধর্ম। ভাষা, সাহিত্য, সংস্কৃতি, ইতিহাস, ঐতিহ্য, প্রথা, খাদ্য, বেশভূষা প্রভৃতি প্রায় সবদিক থেকেই দুই জনগোষ্ঠী ছিল পৃথক। কেবল হিন্দু আধিপত্যের ভয়ে বাঙালি মুসলমানা পাকিস্তান সৃষ্টির পক্ষ সমর্থন করে। কিন্তু শিক্ষিত বাঙালি গোষ্ঠী তাদের ভাষিক ও সাংস্কৃতিক সত্তাকে বিসর্জন কিংবা কোনো অবাঙলি গোষ্ঠীর শাসন মেনে নিতে প্রস্তুত ছিল না। এমতাবস্থায় পাকিস্তান জাতি গঠনের জন্য প্রয়োজন ছিল দুই অঞ্চলের স্বার্থ ও পারস্পরিক সমঝোতার ভিত্তিকে একটা গণতান্ত্রিক যুক্তরাষ্ট্রীয় ব্যবস্থা প্রবর্তন করা। কিন্তু তা না করে পশ্চিম-পাকিস্তান ভিত্তিক শাসকগোষ্ঠী পূর্ব-বাংলার প্রতি উপনিবেশ সুলভ সাংস্কৃতিক একীকরণ, অর্থনৈতিক শোষণ ও রাজনৈতিক আধপত্যের নীতি অনুসরণ করে। ফলে পূর্ব ও পশ্চিম পাকিস্তানের মধ্যেকার বিদ্যমান ব্যবধান গভীরতর হয় এবং পাকিস্তান ভেঙে বাংলাদেশের অভ্যুদয় ঘটে।

1. First P&O department must gain personal documents about new associate from LM or new associate
2. P&O department will add the new associate to the Chris (HR system)
3. Line manager (LM) receives e-mail with question if he wants to create IDs for the new associate and LM creates the IDs by pushing a button in the e-mail.
4. IDs are created automatically by Xxx IS system within 5 days (max 10 days before start)
5. XKY IT help-desk prepares a computer, installs applications, and sets permissions for S : drive.

৪. আইডিসমূহ Xxx আইএস পদ্ধতি দ্বারা স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে ৫ দিনের মধ্যে কার্যকরী হবে (সর্বোচ্চ ১০ দিনের পুর্বে চালু হবে)
