Source text - Swedish Koncernredovisningen har upprättats i enlighet med International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) utgivna av International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) samt tolkningsuttalanden från International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee (IFRIC) sådana de antagits av EU. Vidare har Rådet för finansiell rapporterings rekommendation RFR 1 Kompletterande redovisningsregler för koncerner tillämpats.
Moderföretaget tillämpar samma redovisningsprinciper som koncernen utom i de fall som anges nedan under avsnittet Moderföretagets redovisningsprinciper.
Årsredovisningen och koncernredovisningen har godkänts för utfärdande av styrelsen och verkställande direktören den XXXX. Koncernens rapport över totalresultatet och rapport över finansiell ställning samt moderföretagets resultat- och balansräkning och rapport över totalresultatet fastställs av föreningsstämman den XXXX.
Värderingsgrunder vid upprättandet av de finansiella rapporterna
Tillgångar och skulder redovisas till historiska anskaffningsvärden, förutom vissa finansiella tillgångar och skulder samt biologiska tillgångar som värderas till verkligt värde. Finansiella tillgångar och skulder som värderas till verkligt värde består av derivatinstrument, finansiella tillgångar klassificerade som finansiella tillgångar värderade till verkligt värde via resultatet och finansiella tillgångar som kan säljas.
Funktionell valuta och rapporteringsvaluta
Företagen i koncernen upprättar sina finansiella rapporter i den valuta som används i den ekonomiska miljö där respektive företag huvudsakligen är verksamt, den så kallade funktionella valutan. Rapporterna utgör grunden för koncernredovisningen. Koncernredovisningen upprättas i svenska kronor som är moderföretagets funktionella valuta och rapporteringsvaluta. Samtliga belopp är angivna i MSEK om inte annat anges.

Valuation bases used to prepare the financial reports
Assets and liabilities are recognised at their historic cost, except for certain financial assets and liabilities and biological assets which are measured at fair value. Financial assets and liabilities measured at fair value comprise derivative instruments, financial assets classified as financial assets measured at fair value via income, and financial assets that can be sold.
Functional currency and presentation currency
Each company in the Group prepares its financial reports in the currency used in the economic environment in which it operates, the functional currency. These reports form the basis for the consolidated accounts. In the consolidated accounts the Swedish krona is used, which is the parent company’s functional and presentation currency. All amounts are in SEK million unless otherwise stated.

Svensk export trotsar en trög världshandel och växer i snabb takt. Särskilt ökar tjänsteexporten till Storbritannien, visar färska siffror. Men Brexit hotar den positiva utvecklingen, varnar Anna Stellinger, generaldirektör på Kommerskollegium.
Svensk export ökade med 7,4 procent förra året, visar siffror i en ny rapport från Kommerskollegium som DN har tagit del av. Framför allt syns en uppgång i exporten av tjänster – upp 15,3 procent. Dessutom ökar importen med 6,6 procent. Det i ett läge där handeln i G20-länderna minskar.
– Det är anmärkningsvärda siffror eftersom världshandeln i övrigt går långsamt. Sverige sticker ut med ökning på alla fronter, säger Anna Stellinger, generaldirektör på Kommerskollegium, till DN.
Trenden att tjänster blir allt viktigare i förhållande till varor i den svenska industrin fortsätter. Utmärkande i den nya statistiken är dessutom en kraftig ökning i handeln med Storbritannien. Framför allt ökar exporten av tjänster till de brittiska öarna, med 44 procent. Storbritannien är nu, efter Norge, Sveriges viktigaste marknad för export av tjänster. Det handlar om export av allt ifrån tele- och datakommunikation till resor och finansiella tjänster. Även för varuexporten är Storbritannien av stor betydelse och Sveriges fjärde största marknad.
Därför är oron inför sommarens folkomröstning om Storbritanniens fortsatta medlemskap i EU extra stor. ”Brexit”, att Storbritannien lämnar EU, kan bli ett hårt slag.
– Risken är att Sverige förlorar oerhört mycket om det blir ett Brexit. Dels är Storbritannien det land som enskilt utmärker sig i ökningen av svensk tjänsteexport, dels är det ett av de EU-länder som tillsammans med Sverige har stått upp för frihandel, säger Anna Stellinger.
Till det kommer den utveckling i EU som följt i flyktingkrisens spår. Nya gränskontroller har införts mellan EU-länderna och oro finns för att Schengensamarbetet, som garanterar fri rörlighet, är på väg att bryta samman.
–När Schengen och den inre marknaden urholkas försvagas den fria rörligheten för personer, varor, tjänster och kapital. Här finns många frågetecken. Storbritannien har öppnat Pandoras ask genom att utlysa en folkomröstning, andra talar om ett ”optimalt Europa” med lägre ambitioner och mindre gemensam politik. Det finns en klar risk om länderna börjar sätta upp hinder som gör den gemensamma marknaden mindre, konstaterar Anna Stellinger.
Ytterligare orosmoln för frihandeln utgör de kommande valen i Tyskland och Frankrike. I båda länderna växer stödet för partier som snarare talar sig varma för nationalism än frihandel.
– EU har utvecklats på ett sätt som gör att vi inte kan ta den fria marknaden för givet. Här måste Sverige hålla fanan högt, säger Anna Stellinger.
Totalt står Europa för 73 procent av svensk varuexport sett till volymen. Men USA växer i betydelse för svensk export och står nu för 15 procent. Av stor vikt framöver blir det frihandelsavtal, TTIP, mellan EU och USA som är under förhandling, menar Anna Stellinger.
– Det viktiga är att det blir ett långsiktigt bra handelsavtal som hjälper små- och medelstora företag, de som har störst problem i dag i handeln med USA.
Hon ser också med oro på att G20, en samling av världens större ekonomier, visar upp protektionistiska tendenser.
– Det går åt fel håll. Flera länder har trots löften att inte göra det infört protektionistiska åtgärder som tullar och statligt ägda företag.
Men trots alla orosmoln tycks svensk export, hittills, vara på frammarsch. Enligt Exportchefsindex första kvartalet i år, där exportchefer svarar på frågor om framtiden, räknar fler med en förstärkning av exporten än en försvagning.

Swedish exports are defying sluggish world trade and growing rapidly. Service exports to the UK in particular are on the increase, according to new figures. However, Brexit is threatening the positive trend, warns Anna Stellinger, the Director-General of Sweden’s National Board of Trade.
Swedish exports increased by 7.4 per cent last year, according to figures in a new report from Sweden’s National Board of Trade seen by DN. Service exports in particular are increasing and are up 15.3 per cent. Furthermore, imports are increasing by 6.6 per cent. This is in a situation where trade in the G20 countries is decreasing.
“These are remarkable figures because otherwise world trade is slow. Sweden is bucking the trend with an increase on all fronts,” says Anna Stellinger, the Director-General of Sweden’s National Board of Trade, to DN.
Services are continuing to play an increasingly important role in Swedish industry compared with goods. A strong increase in trade with the UK is another characteristic revealed by the new statistics. Service exports to the British Isles in particular are increasing, by 44 per cent. The UK is now Sweden’s most important export market for services after Norway. Service exports range from telecommunications and data communication to travel and financial services. The UK is also very important in terms of exports of goods, and is Sweden’s fourth largest market.
As a result, concerns ahead of this summer’s referendum on the UK’s EU membership are particularly strong. “Brexit”, where the UK leaves the EU, could strike a heavy blow.
“There is a risk of Sweden losing a great deal in the event of a Brexit. Not only does the UK specifically play a prominent role in the increase in Sweden’s service exports, it is also one of the EU countries that has stood up for free trade alongside Sweden,” says Stellinger.
In addition, there are the developments within the EU in the wake of the migration crisis. New border controls have been introduced between EU countries and there is concern that the Schengen Agreement, which guarantees freedom of movement, is on the verge of collapse.
“A weakening of Schengen and the internal market also signifies a weakening of freedom of movement for people, goods, services and capital. There are a lot of questions which have yet to be answered here. The UK has opened a Pandora’s box by calling a referendum, others speak of an ‘optimal Europe’ with lower ambitions and less common policy. There is a clear risk of countries beginning to create obstacles to trade, which reduce the common market,” notes Stellinger.
The forthcoming elections in Germany and France are further clouds on the horizon for free trade. There is growing support in both countries for parties that speak more warmly about nationalism than free trade.
“The EU has developed in such a way that we cannot take the free market for granted. Sweden has to keep flying the flag for free trade,” says Stellinger.
In total, Europe accounts for 73 per cent of Swedish goods exports in terms of volume. However, the USA is becoming increasingly important for Swedish exports and currently accounts for 15 per cent. The TTIP trade agreement between the EU and the USA, which is currently being negotiated, will be very important in the future,” according to Stellinger.
“The important thing is to arrive at a trade agreement that works in the long term and helps small and medium-sized businesses, the companies that experience the biggest problems trading with the USA.”
Stellinger is also concerned that the G20, a group of the world’s major economies, is displaying protectionist tendencies.
“It’s moving in the wrong direction altogether. Despite promises to the contrary, several countries have introduced protectionist measures such as customs and state-owned companies.”
Yet despite the clouds looming on the horizon, to date Swedish exports appear to be gaining ground. According to the Export Managers’ Index for the first quarter of 2016, in which export managers answer questions about the future, more managers expect exports to increase rather than decrease.
