ASSEMBLAGGIO
Nella programmazione di impianti idraulici bisogna garantire la facilità d’accesso alle parti, in vista delle operazioni di servizio e di manutenzione. Particolare attenzione va posta sull’agevolezza per il cambio dell’olio e per la pulizia dei contenitori. L’apparecchiatura va montata su un basamento di fondazione. Il piano di appoggio deve essere orizzontale ed eventuali irregolarità vanno bilanciate ricorrendo a spessori posti in corrispondenza dei bulloni d’ancoraggio.
Le tubazioni non possono essere sottoposte ad alcuna tensione o vibrazione. Devono essere prive di terriccio, granelli o sabbia. Se le tubazioni vengono saldate, in seguito devono essere corrose (decapate) e poi neutralizzate. Inoltre le tubazioni e i tubi flessibili devono essere installati in modo da poter essere smontati in pezzi in qualsiasi momento, facendo in modo che lo smontaggio degli elementi di collegamento risulti facilmente eseguibile. Se vi sono tubazioni all’aperto di lunghezza considerevole, queste devono essere fissate con apposite fasce blocca- tubi per evitare vibrazioni.
Controllare che tutte le articolazioni e i giunti siano inseriti correttamente, poiché potrebbero allentarsi a causa delle vibrazioni durante il trasporto. I tubi flessibili ad alta pressione devono essere puliti meccanicamente all’interno prima dell’assemblaggio.

ASSEMBLY
When programming hydraulic systems it must be ensured the ease of access to the parts, in anticipation of service and maintenance operations. Particular attention shall be paid on the ease of oil changes and of the cleansing of the containers. The device must be installed on a basement foundation. The supporting surface must be be horizontal and any irregularities must be balanced using shims placed at anchor bolts. The pipes can not be subjected to any tension or vibration. They must be free of dirt, grains or sand. If the pipes are welded, they have to be subsequently corroded (pickled) and then neutralized. Moreover, pipes and hoses must be installed in such a way thay they can be disassembled into pieces at any time, making sure that the disassembly of the connecting elements can be easily executable. If there are outdoors pipes of considerable length, these shall be secured with specific lock-pipes bands to prevent vibrations.
Check that all joints and couplings are correctly inserted, as they may become loose due to vibrations during the transportation. The high-pressure hoses shall be mechanically cleaned inside before being assembled.

Il nuovo negozio di 120 m2, situato al primo piano di un centro commerciale aperto da poco, riflette il mondo di XX in un'atmosfera intima, personale e architettonica dove sono esposte le collezioni ready-to-wear, bambino e lingerie.
Per la facciata è previsto un concept caratterizzato da blocchi di vetro a forma di rombi 3D, pensati per creare una luce diffusa sia dentro che fuori dal negozio. Realizzati in Italia, i blocchi sono fatti di vetro di quarzo veneziano e sono interamente riciclabili. Segno distintivo dei negozi XXX, il parquet in quercia sostenibile con motivo a spina di pesce e sfumature dal rosa al naturale guida il cliente all'interno del negozio. Gli espositori- scultura di forma cubica in ottone e gli arredi con diverse finiture sono dedicati alle collezioni ready-to-wear, notoriamente caratterizzate dal gioco tra duro e morbido, maschile e femminile. Le borse – comprese le celebri borse XXX – sono esposte su una parete in spatolato veneziano con blocchi a rilievo o su mobiletti in legno invecchiato con dettagli a rombo.

5th August 2013. The designer follows XX’s recent expansion in China inaugurating the third monobrand and directly controlled boutique at the International APM, in Huaihai Zhong Street, Shanghai. The new store of 120 sqm, located on the first floor of a recently opened shopping centre, reflects XX’s world in an intimate atmosphere, personal and architectural which displays the ready-to- wear, kids and lingerie collections.
For the front there is a concept characterized by 3D diamond-shaped glass blocks, designed to create a diffused light both inside and outside the store. Made in Italy, the blocks are made of Venetian quartz glass and are fully recyclable. A hallmark of XXX’s stores, the sustainable oak parquet with a herringbone pattern and natural shades from pink to natural guides the customer inside the store. The cubical brass sculpture-displayers and the furnishings with different finishes are dedicated to the ready-to-wear collections, famously characterized by the interplay between hard and soft, masculine and feminine. The bags - including the famous XXX bags - are displayed on a wall of graven Venetian plaster blocks or on cabinets of aged wood with lozenge details
