After the company has been operating under changes in economy for the first year, the increase in growth of construction sector was less than the overall goal. However, the company has prepared to operate to its full potential by improving business operation in accordance to the situation at hands. We strive to be the leader in pipeline industry who has gained trust and recognition by project owners both private and public sector. This gives us opportunity to operate and grow continuously.
With our goal “the best in building pipeline”, we are committed to improvement and development in our organization towards becoming part of all property developments in both private and public sectors in Thailand and overseas. Furthermore, we are preparing for an even greater chance of growth in the future. This includes entering into ASEAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY (AEC) and becoming more competitive in economic fluctuation.
According to the company’s operation result in 2013, the company's revenue from the sale of goods and services totaled 880.44 million Baht, 13.49 percent increase in comparison to the year 2012, which has a revenue of 775.77 million Baht with net profit of 129.63 million Baht. 38.65 percent increase from the previous year representing 0.64 Baht earnings per share, increased from 0.46 Baht in year 2012.
The growth of construction industry in 2014 is not certain due to several factors. The slowdown in economy may directly affect business both public and private sectors. However, there are continuous progress in property developments located near train stations, with the transit system currently under construction including real estate sectors with good performance and strong foundation. These have good impact on the overall business of the company as it allows the company to expand further in the future.

I do understand that translation in different fields requires different tones. Not to merely translate words, but rather to convey the full meaning of the source into target language as much as possible for the better understanding of the target audience.
