Bio
A professional translator and interpreter since 1990, I am a graduate of the University o Pittsburgh (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - USA) I worked for Citibank in their retail financial centers for 4 years and translated and tested programs at PeopleSoft (California). Have also translated several books of fiction and non-fiction.
I work together with Mr. Edmar Bernardes DaSilva, an award winning Brazilian author and teacher.
Our target languages (English, German and Portuguese) are our mother tongues. [I was brought up speaking German and English - SAE -and attended secondary and university level schooling in both languages.]
Our Spanish is done by Mr. Arturo Merlo, a graduate of the University of Havana, who also speaks German and Portuguese.
Generally, we work in teams of two.

Our prices generally depend on the work to be done. We have worked for as little as $.09 a word (non-fiction, non-technical book from English into German)
We can each translate approx. 3,000/day.
We have published 4 books, one of which is entitled: "Foreign Languages Made Easy / Fremdsprachen Leichter Lernen"
We are reliable and love our work.
