My name is Francisco, and I'm a Spanish translator, copyeditor, and proofreader in New York looking for new freelance opportunities.
My resume and samples of my work can be found here:
A bit about me:
I have 10 years of experience working for several multicultural agencies in New York and Madrid, for clients such as Novartis, Eli Lilly, Goya, Pantene, or Johnson & Johnson. I'm very familiar with both neutral Spanish (US) and Spanish from Spain, and can easily work with topics ranging from Health Care to Technology, Food, Beauty, Education, or Entertainment.
I'm one of the Spanish translators of MIT's Technology Review, having translated more than 3,000 articles since 2009, and my latest project as an editor is the Spanish version of Dishing it up Disney style, a cookbook for families and children with diabetes, soon to be published by Disney and Eli Lilly.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need further information, references, or work samples.
