My name is Jacob Rongey and I am a freelance translator from New Orleans, Louisiana.

I have a Master's degree from Auburn University in Hispanic studies where I worked with multiple professors and fellow students alike from a variety of spanish speaking countries (Mexico, Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Guatemala, Dominican Republic...).

I also have a BA in International Business from where I primarily studied latin american markets.

I have traveled extensively in the spanish speaking world in countries like Spain, Costa Rica and Mexico. These traveling experiences gave me much of the insight I have today that allows me to successfully liaise between English and Spanish speaking cultures and makes me an effective translator.
