Source text - English After several years of research, development and industrial operation XXX now has an in-line rail head hardening (RH 2 ) system capable of producing rails with a very fine pearlite structure on the head and hardness levels above 400 HB.
This system has several technological advantages:
—Uniform cooling and, consequently, homogeneous mechanical properties along the entire rail length.
—Highly flexible cooling rate by quenchant parameters modification to obtain a large variety of steel grades, including “chemically poor” compositions with a small amount of alloying elements.
—The process is suitable for producing bainitic grades.
—It features extraordinary stability and consistency: once it is set up, results are easily repeatable and reliable against accidents or system maintenance issues, thanks to tank inertia in terms of viscosity and thermal exchange between rail and quenching medium.
—No additional heating is required for head/tail temperature equalization, as in the run-through systems, with OpEx benefits.
—Reduced maintenance in comparison to a nozzle spray system, with OpEx benefits.
—Compared to a run-through spray system, the RH 2 system features 30% less cost per ton of rail produced.
—Short commissioning time: customers’ rails are pre-tested on the RH 2 test rig
—Layout compactness ensures better CapEx.
Translation - Russian Несколько лет научно-исследовательских работ и опытно-промышленной эксплуатации позволили XXX создать систему поточной закалки RH2, обеспечивающую мелкозернистую перлитную структуру головки рельса при твердости выше 400 HB.

Source text - Russian Для обеспечения достаточной производительности в укладке инертного материала судно имеет возможность работы в двух режимах:
• насыпной режим (отсыпки);
• (высокоточный) режим отсыпки при помощи режима «скрейдер».
Фильтрационный слой из ПГС и щебеночный слой в навигацию 2022 года будут укладываться с высокой производительностью в режиме укладки «насыпной». В данном режиме планируется выполнять отсыпку защитного слоя из ПГС для защиты щебеночного слоя в межнавигационный период от заиления.
Финальный щебеночный слой укладывается в навигацию 2023 года при помощи режима «скрейдер» для достижения требуемых вертикальных допусков.
Позиционирование камнеукладочного судна производится при помощи 8-ми автоматических папильонажных лебедок. Часть якорей будут расположены на берегу закрепленные за причальные швартовные тумбы, а часть в море установленные за границы котлована на расстоянии более 25 м от бровки. Схема раскладки якорей приведена в Приложении 2 настоящего ППР.
Для всех береговых якорей и якорных тросов должны быть установлены соответствующие барьеры для предотвращения несанкционированного доступа людей, а также приняты соответствующие меры для предотвращения зацепления якорных тросов (например, швартовные тумбы). Береговые швартовые тросы могут быть снабжены вращающимися барабанами (роликами) для более плавного поперечного перемещения этих тросов.
Translation - English The vessel is capable to operate in two modes to guarantee adequate dumping capacity:
• backfilling mode;
• high accuracy backfilling “scrader” mode.
In 2022 navigation window, sand and gravel filter course and crushed stone course shall be placed in high-performance backfill mode. This mode shall be intended for sand and gravel backfilling to protect the crushed stone course from silting between navigation windows.
The final crushed stone layer shall be placed in “scrader” mode to guarantee target vertical tolerances in 2023 navigation window.
The rock dumping vessel shall be positioned with nr.8 automatic swing winches. Some anchors shall be braced to the onshore mooring bollards, and some shall be installed offshore, 25 m or more from the trench edge. Please refer to Appendix 2 for the anchoring pattern.
All onshore anchors shall be provided with appropriate barriers to prevent from unauthorized access, and with appropriate facilities to prevent from anchor rope bite (e.g. mooring bollards). Onshore mooring ropes may be provided with rotary drums (rollers) to smooth rope transversal travel.
