Uvod. Ektopično žlezdano tkivo dojke je rezidualno tkivo koje perzistira u toku embrionalnog razvoja duž ektodermalnih primitivnih mlečnih linija. Inkompletna involucija bilo gde duž primitivne mlečne linije može rezultirati akcesornim ili ektopičnim tkivom dojke. Prikaz slučaja. Ženska osoba stara 27.g. primljena na je na GAK Kragujevac radi operativnog zahvata, zbog tumora u vulvi, veličine guščjeg jajeta, elastične konzistencije. Menarha sa navršenih 12 godina, sa regularnim menstrualnim ciklusom, bez ranijih ginekoloških obolenja. Imala jednu trudnoću završenu carskim rezom zbog blizanačke trudnoće. Ekscizija tumora u potpunosi urađena je u opštoj endotrahealnoj anesteziji. PH nalaz: Dysplasia fibrosa cystica simplex mamae, sa fokusima sklerozirajuće adenoze. Ekspresija Estrogenskog receptora ER = 4. Ekspresija Progesterenskog receptora PR = 7. Ekspresija HER2 – pozitivana. Zaključak. Aberantno tkivo dojke u adultnom periodu izuzetno retko se sreće i može se patološki izmeniti kao i normalno pozicionirano tkivo dojke u benigne cistične promene, benigne tumore, adenome i fibroadenome i karcinome. HER2 je receptor koji se nalazi kod kancerskih ćelija dojke u različitom procentu u zavisnosti od vrste i proširenosti tumora i loš je prognostički parametar. Ćelije sa niskim ER/PR nivoom receptora rastu nezavisno od estrogenske stimulacije i one mogu biti rezistentne na efekte hormonalne terapije. Kod tumora gde su ER/PR receptori, jedan pozitivan, a drugi negativan receptor imaju lošiju prognozu nego dva pozitivna ili dva negativna receptora.

Presentation of the case. A woman, 27 years old admitted to GAK Kragujevac (Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic) for surgery, because of vulva tumour , goose-egg size, of elastic consistency. Menarche in 12 years of age, with the regular menstrual cycle, without previous gyneocological diseases. The woman had one pregnancy terminated by caresean section because of the multiple (twin) pregnancy. Excision of the tumour completely done in the total endotracheal anesthesia. PH findings : Dysplasia fibrosa cystica simplex mamae, with focuses of sclerosal adenosis. Expression of Estrogen receptor ER = 4. Exspression of Progesterone receptor PR = 7. Exspression of HER2 – positive. Conclusion. Aberrant breast tissue in adult period is very rarely seen, and can be changed pathologically as well as normally positioned breast tissue into benign cystic changes, benign tumors , adenomas and fibroadenomas and tumours.HER2 is a receptor which can be found with cancer cells of the breast in different percents depending of the type and spreading of the tumour and is a bad prognostic parameter .Cells with low ER/PR receptor level grow independently of estrogene stimulation and they could be resistant to hormonal therapy effects.Tumours where ER/PR receptors are one positive and other is negative receptor, have worse prognoses than two positive or two negative receptors.
