Nice to meet you.



I am a General Freelance Translator specializing in Audiovisual translation/subtitling.

Born in France from a French father and Italian mother, I have two native tongues: French and Italian. Being used to switching languages at a very early age, learning other languages became second nature. As a child, I was so eager to finally get to speak English that I would learn by heart all the songs in English that I liked. When it came time for me to enrol in university, I decided to do English studies at university Paris X, France.



In 1991, I traveled across Canada, fell in love with the country and decided to settle down in Montreal where I’ve lived 20 years. I studied Translation at the Université de Montréal and worked as a freelance translator mostly for TV channels and Film Productions. Living in Montreal means to be constantly immersed in both Anglophone and Francophone environments that become one, which is not only fun but also very enriching.



I now live in the French Alps where I have also worked as an Italian tutor.

I am also a singer/musician and a massage therapist.
