I'm a professional scientist and a part time English translator.
With more than eight years of scientific experience in field of Biochemistry, Molecular Immunology and Biotechnology, I am not only proficient writing and speaking English, but possess an excellent grasp on medical terminology and medicine development. My experience with different healthcare settings has provided me with a great platform of knowledge.
During my scientific work, I had the opportunity to understand the true nature of a medical/scientific translator’s job and understood how important it is to keep the sense of medical/scientific documentation.
During the years of my experience, I have learnt that simply communicating languages is not enough; it is important for medical/scientific translator to understand the deeper meaning of different methodologies and approaches as well in order to be able to provide an accurate translation of medical/scientific documentation.
I take this point very seriously and have discovered that it makes all the difference in professional translator skills. Additionally, I believe that precise translation is one of the most important aspects of medical services provision in non-English speaking countries.
