Bio

I am a native Italian Freelance Translator who loves her job and the challenges it involves.

I graduated with honours in English and Spanish Linguistic Mediation from the Scuola Superiore per Mediatori Linguistici of Pisa (Private university for translators and interpreters, bachelor's degree).

I attended a 1-year post-grad course in Specialized translations (technology and medicine) and I am about to obtain a Master's degree in Modern Languages from the Università degli studi Guglielmo Marconi, Rome.
I have been working with Italian publishers (Guido Tommasi Editore, Edizioni Sonda) – I have translated 35+ books up to now (non-fiction manuals) – and project managers and translation agencies fron Northern Europe and Italy. I am working also as a lecturer at SSML of Pisa (private university), teaching English>Italian specialized translation.

My fields of expertise are: food industry, IT, marketing, medicine.
