And the flowers are in bloom
When the spring time’s sunny smile seems to banish all sorrow and gloom
Then my bonny blue-eyed lad, if my hear be true till then
He’s promised he’ll come back to me,
When the robins nest again.

وقتی آشیونه میکنه دوباره توکا/ وقتی که باز میشن دوباره گلها
وقتی لبخند قشنگ فصل بهار/ میبره هرچی که هست غصه و غمها
میرسه از راهِ دور، یار چشم آبی و ناز/ اگه عشقم بمونه بر سرجا/ خود اون داده بهم قول و وفا/ که بیادش دوباره از سر راه / وقتی آشیونه میکنه دوباره توکا.

US plans to install missile systems around Russia’s borders and the west funding of the Russian opposition are just a number of issues that tip Russia against the west. The disagreements came to light in 2002 when then US president George W Bush unilaterally withdrew his country from the anti-ballistic missile treaty. The accord signed in 1972 between the US and the Soviet Union was aimed at limiting the use of anti-ballistic missiles by the two states.
