Ya en la facultad también pueden ocurrir diversas expresiones autorizadas, destinadas a"poner en su lugar" a las mujeres, a marcarles límites que no deben traspasar y en fin, a reproducir las jerarquías y los ordenamientos de género vigentes en todo el tejido social. Se trata de manifestaciones que se vehiculizan a través de medios dotados de una capacidad comunicativa particular, que van desde la posición de autoridad del docente, hasta la sutileza de un sentido del humor suficientemente ambiguo como para volver muy difícil cualquier intento de reproche.

Once in the medical school, different authorized expressions can be heard, which are destined to "put women in their place", to establish the limits they must not trespass and, in short, to reproduce the hierarchies and the gender norms currently established in the social fabric. These are manifestations which are vehiculized through media endowed with a particular communicative capacity, which ranges from the teacher's position of authority to the subtlety of a sense of humor that is too ambiguous to attempt any type of rebuke.
